Un complesso di bungalow molto bello, con arredi graziosi e artistici e personale molto cordiale. Gli unici piccoli inconvenienti: sulla spiaggia c'erano troppo pochi lettini vecchi e il sedile e il coperchio del water avevano un aspetto disastroso, ma a prima vista erano puliti. Bastano pochi euro per dare una prima impressione. Purtroppo al momento c'è un cantiere proprio accanto all'hotel, che provoca rumore e cattivi odori. Molti ospiti dalla Cina, tra cui: Gettare cibo sotto i tavoli e attirare cani e gatti dalla spiaggia.

Bellissimo hotel, sono in una buona posizione sull'isola. Il piccolo alloggio tipo chalet era delizioso e ben fornito di tutto il necessario. La colazione aveva una buona selezione e un caffè molto buono. Ottimo soggiorno. Grazie.

Fai attenzione per favore. Perché qualcuno ha preso le nostre cose fuori dalla stanza quando siamo andati a fare colazione e quindi il personale non ha potuto aiutarci a recuperarle. Anche noi abbiamo mostrato le prove video.

La Passion was an oasis of good things, yes all good things: the athmosphare, the service, the calmness,, the professinality, the smile, the kindness, the pool, the maintenence (of the gardens). Not a big deal, but some rotten planks could be replaced.

The location by the beach was stunning. The hotel was very responsive to my communication before arrival to help with transport to the hotel which happens to be fun tractor driven trailers across the beach. The front desk at arrival was welcoming and helpful including a welcome drink. The hotel is quite a large space so there are buggies and bikes to get around. The room was fine, I wish there was an extra mat in from outside as there was a lot of sand trailed in. We had an executive room with a plunge pool which we made use of. The hotel claimed hot water but we never had any in our room. It is not the hottest time of year so a hot shower would have been great. Breakfast was a small selection of bread, eggs, noodles and some western breakfast items like sausage and beans. It was fine but not amazing, the views of the ocean during breakfast was a plus. When we wanted to lounge by the pool or the ocean we found that all the sun beds were occupied so we had to lay on the sand. Overall the hotel has a lot going for it just a few things that would have taken it from good to great.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm and heartfelt service that made us feel truly special. The hotel grounds are stunning, beautifully maintained, and offer a wonderful tropical atmosphere. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing the perfect place to relax. The beach was simply breathtaking—crystal-clear water and soft, white sand made it feel like paradise.

We had an amazing time at this hotel and didn’t want to leave! Beautiful facilities; great location at the best part of the island; close to restaurants & bars; clean & nice room + terrace; house-keeping is very attentive. Only dislike: many ingredients of several dishes in the restaurant menu (although some local) were not available during our entire stay. Overall great and would come again!

Wonderful rooms in a beautiful setting. We spent two great nights there. We chilled comfortably in the pool and the beach.

Generally it was a pleasant experience of staying here. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was great, breakfast was good and the room was spacious and quite cozy. There were some minor issues like quite old and worn towels, some misunderstandings with transfer to the pier, etc. The restaurant was also pretty good, but it’s noticeably overpriced (and that’s why wasn’t popular among the hotel’s guests). It’s recommended to go to a restaurant or a bar at one of the neighbor hotels, where there is life music, fireworks, fire shows and also nice local and western food at way more affordable price. As for the beach, it’s clean and shallow, with white sand, however it was windy most of the time we spent on the island. I’d recommend to walk for about 15-20 minutes to the opposite shore of the island (Lazy Beach - see the photo) and enjoy calm and very clean sea, with yellow sand and lovely beach restaurant/bar. Lazy Beach is totally free of charge (no sun-beds or umbrellas there however you can find enough shade under the big threes at the beach).

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at the resort while celebrating my birthday. The room was very comfortable, and the Front of House staff provided a warm and pleasant experience. However, I was quite disappointed with the Food & Beverage service. I tried dining there twice and both times fell below expectations—especially when compared to similar resorts. During lunch, the service was lacking. The staff were not attentive; I had to ask multiple times for basic items, and they were often sitting behind the bar instead of actively serving guests. Breakfast was also underwhelming. We were seated and given a menu without any explanation of how the breakfast ordering process worked. It turned out to be à la carte with limited options, which felt overpriced—especially when considering that many resorts offer buffets at a similar or even lower cost. I also couldn’t help but feel a sense of unequal treatment. As a local Khmer guest, it seemed like foreign guests were welcomed and served with more enthusiasm, which was disheartening. I would love to return in the future, but I sincerely hope the resort improves its F&B service to match the quality of the rest of the experience.

Lovely place to stay with a really nice breakfast. Easy to access and the rooms are quaint tiny homes. Well lit even at night and really good buggy service. Only thing is that one of the towels had stains on them
