Era un bell'hotel con una buona accoglienza e una buona posizione

Gli addetti alla reception sono stati molto disponibili, gentili ed educati. Hanno offerto aiuto in modo proattivo ai clienti. Siamo arrivati ​​tardi il nostro primo giorno lì e abbiamo ordinato da asporto. Dopo aver finito, abbiamo chiamato lo staff per portare via tutti gli avanzi perché l'odore era piuttosto forte. Il personale è intervenuto immediatamente. Potremmo sentire che il personale si impegna a fornire una buona esperienza di soggiorno ai propri clienti. La colazione era deliziosa. La stanza offriva un'atmosfera confortevole. La mia famiglia ha avuto un'esperienza fantastica soggiornando in questo hotel. Non esiteremo a scegliere questo hotel la prossima volta che visiteremo Pechino.

Mi aspettavo che la stanza fosse più grande e anche più vicina ai luoghi di interesse turistico. Ma penso che Pechino sia già grande di per sé, quindi per andare a Tiananmen ci vogliono comunque 10 minuti in macchina. La disposizione della stanza forse non è la soluzione ottimale per lo spazio. Quello che non mi è piaciuto è stata la colazione. Noioso, poco interessante e insipido. Tutto non aveva un buon sapore e i bambini correvano in giro usando le mani per prendere il cibo. Era necessaria la coda anche se si arrivava lì alle 9 del mattino in poi.

A great place and friendly staff, staff is attentive and polite. The lobby is luxurious and nicely decorated, will definitely come again when I visit Beijing.

Everything was fine except for a few points. Even though I arrived after 3pm (which is past the regular check in time) I still had to wait for around 1 hour until my room was ready. Imagine you have just arrived in Beijing after a long distance flight and your room isn’t ready. Im sure that everyone’s mood would drop instantly… Moreover, the internet was not strong enough which is a no no for such a hotel and my greatest complain. Apart from that there were not that many vegan and vegetarian options to choose from the available menues. As for the rest, everything was nice.

Service could have been better. Initial room given was smelling of smoke so had to change rooms which took an eternity. We arrived 30min before checkin however still had to wait till checkin time to get the room.

Fiona helped us out a lot and made sure we had a great stay and book our beijing opera correctly. Amazing breakfast, nice room and great gym and pool. Only downside is that ordering something in the lobby takes forever.

The location is really good. Quite close to many touristy spots. Easy are to get taxis and move about. There is a metro station next door as well. The staff are very friendly, especially Manager Michael. He was great!. We enjoyed our stay 👍🏼

The facilities are excellent, and the people are very nice. The service is amazing, and the location is very good! Orange from reservations/reception was very nice, and Tom, the bellboy, was extremely helpful! Highly recommended!
