The internet in the sea view room doesn't work, very slow. But the room is beautiful, the view is good, the staff are lovely.

Location is great just in front of the Otres Beach, easy to access to the beach just cross the street. Bed are comfort to sleep as we booked Family Ocean Suite, with the view of the sea from our balcony.
Buffet breakfast not good for foreigners, only local food provide and doesn’t have much food in the morning.

Friendly staffs and best location. I alway book this hotel i got to sihanoukvil . Breakfast is pretty good and best thing is u can catch crabs in front of hotel beach

Go to stay location is nearest to the beach. I booked on the app the room which is at the ground floor but when I arrived they choose my room on the 1st and 2nd floor.

Disastrous stay! Hotel booked event taking up all rooms except ours. We weren’t able to use the pool due to the event. Rats scurried past us in the entry. Loud music and screaming event guests made sleep impossible before our 17hr flight. No warning about the event from hotel. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS!

We stayed 3 nights with kids. All were correct. The rooms were nice with balcony and swing. Food was correct. It was close to the beach, just crossed the road and you were on the beach. I liked the swimming pool which was enough long for swimming (around 20 meters). The other hotels around had small swimming pool. Beach was almost clean.
