Il nostro recente soggiorno al Boutique Indochine è stato a dir poco sorprendente. Fin dall'inizio, siamo stati accolti con calore e ospitalità che hanno dato il tono all'intera visita. Le camere non erano solo accoglienti ma anche progettate con cura. Ciò che veramente risalta è stato il servizio impeccabile fornito dal personale. Hanno fatto di tutto per rendere il nostro soggiorno memorabile. La colazione era varia e deliziosa, adatta a tutti i palati e non vediamo l'ora del nostro prossimo soggiorno.

Some of my favorite parts about the hotel and experience in general were: Interior & Exterior Architecture: A harmonious blend of traditional Khmer influences and contemporary elegance creates a truly breathtaking atmosphere. The attention to detail in the interior design, with its lavish furnishings, excellent choice of lighting, and unique artistic touches, elevates the overall experience to new heights. The room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and equipped with state-of-the-art amenities. The plush bedding, tranquil ambiance, and panoramic views create an oasis of relaxation. The Exceptional Service: One of the standout features of Memoire Palace Resort & Spa is its commitment to providing exceptional service to its guests and the environment. The staff members are attentive, courteous and go above and beyond to meet every guest's needs. The manager even made an effort to visit me at the gym as he could not greet me at the reception. The hotel's staff is truly dedicated to creating a seamless and memorable stay for each visitor. In addition, the commitment to a plastic-free experience was impressive - there was literally none in all the facilities. They should be commended. Culinary Options: Memoire Palace Resort & Spa boasts an impressive array of dining options, each offering a unique culinary experience. From traditional Khmer delicacies to international flavors. The Stage 1960 had an impressive menu with imported meats I doubt can be found elsewhere; breakfast every morning was beautiful with the freshest local ingredients to create innovative dishes; even the room service, typically an afterthought, was thoughtful with something for everyone. Location: The Royal Family Suite by Memoire Palace Resort & Spa is ideally located. The hotel is a stone's throw away from the magnificent Angkor Wat, allowing guests to easily explore the UNESCO World Heritage site. Additionally, it's only a 2-minute ride to the bustling Old Market and the vibrant Pub Street, providing convenient access to local markets, shops, and lively nightlife. Tuk-tuk drivers are on standby outside the hotel so there is no wait In summary, Memoire Palace Resort & Spa is a beacon of luxury, hospitality, and elegance in Siem Reap. I have yet to find a flaw! We had the most amazing, memorable stay for 3 nights thanks to all of the lovely staff. Really, I can’t say enough about their thoughtfulness and warmth. This will be our greatest and most fond memory of our time in Cambodia. The room was huge and the bed was very comfortable. We were delivered fresh cookies every day, which I thought was a nice touch. The room had every amenity and I’m sure of anything was missing the staff would have happily locate it for you. The pool was very refreshing which is a great way to cool down from the heat. While in the pool we ordered a couple of beers, but aw usual, the staff went above and beyond, bringing us also a few cocktails and nuts to try out. While relaxing by the pool, we enjoyed an amazing foot massage. We also had the chance to have a scrub, wrap and massage in the spa! Breakfast every morning was delicious. The coffee was amazing and the fruit was out of this world. We enjoyed the food so much, we booked a cooking class with the hotel. The chef met us in the morning to take us on a tour of the local market. He introduced us to many local ingredients that we were unfamiliar with. We then met that afternoon to create a three course meal with the chef, his assistant and other helpers. All of this for just the two of us!! The food was amazing, we learned a lot about Cambodian cuisine and we’re given a certificate at the end. We honestly ate in the hotel restaurant many times simply because the food was of the highest quality and alway mouthwateringly delicious. The hotel also helped us arrange a private bicycle tour of the Cambodian countryside. La was our tour guide. He met us at the hotel and ensured the bikes were in working order. We even stopped at a local tire shop to check the air in the tires. We rode out of the city and around the airport. Then we were treated to the amazing views over the rice fields. We stopped at a local temple, saw local villages and were treated to bamboo sticky rice at La’s home. It was fantastic! La shared many stories and insights into Cambodian culture which helped us to enjoy the trip even more. If possible, try to head out of the city and explore the country side. We loved our time at the Golden Temple Boutique. We were sad to only be there for three nights and hope to rerun one day.

4.95 stars! A little boutique uncrowded oasis 10 mins walk to Pub Street (if that's your thing) that delivered a restful and delightful experience. A good week's research and shopping around (before settling on Agoda) meant I got a great value deal in a King Suite with breakfast included. Located down a non descript lane / street in a more residential area. On arrival my room was a ground floor King Suite but I asked for a proper balcony and moved up to the 2nd floor overlooking the welcoming pool and catching the afternoon breezes. No hassle for the staff and happy to make the change. May have been different if the hotel was full but only seemed to be at 1/3 occupancy. The room was exceptional with a full deep bath (never used). Clean and roomy and well worth the $10 extra per night (approx.) Air con unit was small but effective. Bed was firm, fresh sheets and had a great sleep for 4 nights/ Wardrobe and sitting area. Large balcony with day bed area and two seats. TV was not connected. Asked if they could connect, said they would, but didn't - no matter - did not need, such was my full days. Bottled water provided, small cold fridge and Tea and Coffee provisions (jug) Cool little bar and great bartender who doubled as waiter for lunch and dinner in the little restaurant on the 1st floor. Loved how personable it all was and the genuine friendliness of all the staff. (Have attached a sample bar and food menu) Local beers USD$1.50 a pop and cocktails USD$3 and a decent Spanish white wine by the glass at USD$3 as well. Great selection of local and western food - but I stuck with the local - fresh, well presented and very reasonably priced. Breakfast was juice, tea and coffee and 4 ”set” menu options Cereal, fruits, hot items, pastries and bread or local / Asian options. Cooked to order. A few families, couples, mates and solos were staying. Families were well behaved and had a great time playing games in the pool and at dinner - but didn't ”take over” so everyone had a great experience. Used GRAB to get everywhere - easy. Laundry USD$3 a kilo. Only downside for me is that hot water was scarce - but luke warm showers were ok - especially in this hot tropical climate. FYI - all stairs - no lift (not needed) Love to stay again, and again!

Great service (the welcome cold lemongrass tea and cool mint towel when we arrived was a nice touch) at this hotel! Pool is nice and the breakfast was decently good. Only complaint about the room comes down to the shower with extremely low water pressure, which made it hard to wash hair, etc. The staff is very helpful…on our last day they assisted in booking a car for us to Sihanoukville and prepared a pre-made breakfast book as we would leave super early the next morning. I recommend this hotel without hesitation!

Exquisite service, the staff was very helpful with all kinds of requests and provided lots of compliments! The hotel is located in a very quiet area, yet with all the restaurants and markets within walking distance. The pool is surrounded by lush green so you can rest in chilling shadow on the hottest day. They organize Angkor tours with English-speaking driver and provide a simple feature phone to call the driver or the hotel in case you’re lost or can’t find your tuk-tuk in the parking. The best stay at Siem Reap! We’ll definitely come back!
