Hotel in zona OWE Angkor Warriors, Siem Reap

We been there last week. We got the room exactly on the ground floor because this is the last room available on that day. We had an early flight so we arrived the hotel early. First, we thought we only drop our luggage first at the hotel and then we started our tour. We asked the receptionist who on duty in the morning, it would be good if we can check in early ? But if not possible, it’s also ok. She said we can check in early no problem and we don’t have to pay for the early check in. We were really happy. She’s very kind and warm welcome to us. The room is large so we have enough space. The aircon is cooling enough for us too. But we have only one toilet roll in the room. The room is smelling good , nothing disturbing us. But we got a noise from outside in the morning. We would like to sleep in in the morning but the conversation from the people outside the room was loud and we got a free wake up service. I think the room no soundproof. When we booked we saw we get breakfast included the booking. We stayed there two nights and never get a breakfast. First day check in , we asked the receptionist man who had duty at night time on Saturday night, he said no we don’t have breakfast including but after we showed him the booking we had by email , he said yes we have and the breakfast will start at this time to this time. The next day, we asked for the breakfast, the reception man ( a new face again) , he said sorry the chef is not coming today so we don’t have breakfast. He’s friendly and polite but can’t the hotel find any solutions? Just lets the staff say apologise to every client like that ? If we don’t get food , no matter they can offer us something like coffee or juice besides nothing to offer only apologies. The next second day, also the same we didn’t any breakfast. The hotel location is good, not far from the pub street and above 18mn by motorcycle to the temple. The room: big enough, clean enough, but the pillow case were old . So better replace a new one . Soundproof: not good, you can hear everything from outside when the people talk or the housekeeping cleaning outside. But only in the morning or early morning. The staff: they are friendly, welcome, polite, helpful and always smile. Only big complaints for me about the breakfast. If in the booking say including should be included. If the chef can’t come , ask for the another chef or provide something else instead of nothing.

L’hotel e’ carino, architettura originale, ottima ubicazione in zona tranquilla ma centrale! . La cucina buona. Stop! Tutto il resto purtroppo non e’ all’altezza di un 4/5 stelle. I servizi sono pessimi. Arrivo alle ore 14 dopo 6 ore di viaggio (dal Vietnam) e ci comunicano che la camera non e’ pronta. Mi chiedo come sia possibile, forse la struttura e’ al completo…. Tutt’altro, scopriremo poi che l’hotel era occupato per meno di un terzo della capacita’ :in un hotel 5 stelle ci si sarebbe aspettato piuttosto un up-grade, ma lasciamo perdere. Il giorno dopo rientriamo nel tardo pomeriggio circa ore 18 dalle escursioni e troviamo la camera non rifatta , cosi’ come lasciata al mattino: chiediamo spiegazioni e ci viene detto che si erano dimenticati di riassettarla quindi attendiamo (zuppi) un’altra oretta prima di avere la possibilità’ di farci una doccia cosa abbastanza disagevole dopo la giornata trascorsa sotto la pioggia Incessante! Non posso che fare un cenno sulle colazioni: praticamente inesistenti. Ci viene specificato che la colazione va ordinata solo a la carte (per il ridotto numero di ospiti) e non v’e quasi nulla a buffet neppure dello yogurt o biscotti o frutta, solo qualche succo: inaccettabile per l’ospite che vi soggiorna in quanto un minimo di “prodotti standard” andrebbero garantiti indipendentemente dal numero degli ospiti presenti. Il terzo giorno, infatti con qualche ospite in piu’ abbiamo avuto la possibilita’ di trovare addirittura del prosciutto crudo! Le camere sono concepite senza un minimo di buon senso, bagno finestrato senza possibilita’ di aprire la finestra in maniera che dopo tre docce il vapore per forza aleggia in camera, l’impianto luci concepito senza usare intelletto e non scendo nei particolari. In bagno non era presente nessun tipo di confort di prima necessità’ (cotton fioc,dentifricio,pettine, rasoio, cuffia x capelli trovati in tutte le altre strutture) e neppure ciabatte trovate addirittura nei tre stelle! Leggendo le recensioni precedenti mi chiedo se ho alloggiato in un’altra struttura oppure se post-covid tutti i servizi si siano ridotti al minimo. Mi sono data questa spiegazione (?) mi convinco a pensarla cosi’…. Peccato una struttura con molte possibilita….ma gestita senza un minimo di professionalita’, ottima per tre stelle ma da non spacciarsi x 4/5!!!

Booked this hotel only for two nights 6-8 Jan. My past experience during my earlier travels in some cases was bad in the sense the hotel description and photographs were not factual. I reached the Angkor land Urban Botuque on 6 Jan afternoon to check in. First look at the Hotel building told me I have made the right choice. The most happening place in Siem Reap the Pub Street was about a km away. The hotel surrounding were very clean with a wide road in front and a big parking space in front. As soon as I entered the huge lobby with teak wood interiors I was greeted by the the hotel staff team. Check in took just a couple of minutes. Meanwhile the Manager of the hotel Mr. Eng Sona came and met me too which was a nice feeling. He said he is giving me a very good room on the fourth floor and if I did not mind he would shift me to a still better room the very next day which was then occupied. The room was very big and very comfortable. Had all the amenities. The next day the Manager showed me the other room on the third floor. I agreed to shift. This room too was large, the bathroom had a bath tub and in addition a separate glass bath enclosure too. It had a balcony too overlooking the swimming pool. The pool was excellent. Breakfast menu was also very good. The hotel arranged my tours too. Tuk Tuk and the motorcycle buggy called the Remork was always available just outside the hotel.. After this most wonderful experience in the first two days I extended my stay further for the remaining days too from 8- 11 Jan 24. The Manager Mr.Sona met me regularly to enquire if I was comfortable and whether I needed anything. His team of young boys and girls too were very responsive and greeted the guests everytime. I did not find any flaw or anything to complain about during my entire stay. I had the the most memorable experience in Angkor Land Urban Boutique thanks to Mr. Sona the Manager and his team.

We stayed in this Hotel for 2 nights during February 2023. It is well located in Siem Reap town, close to the main restaurants, supermarkets and atractions of the city center. The hotel is clean and all the staff is composed by nice people. The pool area is great. We did not select the breakfast option. The room we stayed in was right next to the pool. One note is that the room door is made of glass (which can be locked of course), it is not a regular wooden door. Plus, theshower does not have a curtain, so the bathroom got a lot of water on the floor when we showered.

Questo hotel è bloccato in una bella tranquilla strada. Dalla data in cui entrate nel luogo, si può iniziare a sentire una bella vibrazione. E 'molto delizioso fatto con un sforzo che si sta facendo diventare ecologicamente amichevole a ogni passo. Le camere erano molto belle e confortevoli. Il personale è molto amichevole e utile. L’unico problema che mi è stato affrontato è stato il lavaggio della vasca, il bagno, dove il fucile puntava a lato e non sarebbe rimasto puntato nel bacino. Un primo per me :-)

Questo hotel è a 5 stelle nel centro di Siem Reap. È di lusso ma non pretenzioso. Anche se la camera classica è la loro camera ”starter”, era bella. Eravamo due adulti e un bambino. Il ragazzo dormiva sul divano e non avevano letto a pagamento. Il nostro letto era estremamente comodo. La stanza era elegante, ma non pretenziosa di integrare un sacco di legno e granito. Due sedie a braccio con riposo a piedi rendevano il nostro soggiorno più comodo. Il personale era molto amichevole, utile e rispondente. Il colazione per due giorni era un menu fisso, poi un buffet. Molte opzioni occidentali e asiatiche. Anche il bacon reale. La posizione è centrale e sono tuk tuks aspettando fuori tutto il tempo.. Tutto è entro un giro da $1 a $2 tuk tuk. Lasceremo all'hotel organizzare le nostre tour del tempio tuk tuk alle nostre specifiche. Il conducente era un bravo ragazzo, e fornì acqua e asciugamani di ghiaccio Il loro prezzo era lo stesso di altri due conducenti di tuk tuk che ho scritto. Hanno anche organizzato taxi aeroportuali (non gratis). Abbiamo concordato che questa è la migliore esperienza hoteliera che abbiamo avuto in Asia. E' questo che ci rivolgeremo anche a noi, che spesso non facciamo.Per la qualità, le tariffe sono estremamente buone

Apart from the exceptional service, I was particularly impressed with the hotel's amenities. The comfortable beds ensured a restful sleep, the delicious breakfast provided a great start to the day, and the fabulous pool offered a refreshing retreat. Furthermore, I was thrilled to receive a complimentary 30-minute massage, which I decided to extend due to its immense relaxation benefits. I also want to express my appreciation for the assistance I received from your staff in various other aspects. From arranging transportation to and from the airport to helping me mail out postcards, their support was invaluable. I couldn't have asked for more. In terms of location, The Sarai's proximity to the main shopping and restaurant area is incredibly convenient. The short tuk tuk ride or 10-minute walk ensured that I had easy access to all the attractions and amenities in the city. Additionally, I would like to mention the excellent tuk tuk drivers that your hotel has partnered with. These local drivers were not only knowledgeable about their beautiful city, but they also provided exceptional service and were readily available to show me around. Their passion for Siem Reap was evident, and I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the city with their guidance. My experience at The Sarai has been nothing short of extraordinary. The combination of exceptional service, top-notch amenities, and a dedicated staff has made my stay truly memorable. I am grateful for the outstanding hospitality and will not hesitate to recommend The Sarai to anyone visiting Siem Reap. Thank you once again for providing me with a remarkable experience.

Il nostro recente soggiorno al Boutique Indochine è stato a dir poco sorprendente. Fin dall'inizio, siamo stati accolti con calore e ospitalità che hanno dato il tono all'intera visita. Le camere non erano solo accoglienti ma anche progettate con cura. Ciò che veramente risalta è stato il servizio impeccabile fornito dal personale. Hanno fatto di tutto per rendere il nostro soggiorno memorabile. La colazione era varia e deliziosa, adatta a tutti i palati e non vediamo l'ora del nostro prossimo soggiorno.

Sono andato a SR per visita e lavoro , è stato soggiorno in questo hotel 3 notti, camera è bella con pulito , prezzo accettabile con piano regalo e buon WiFi , ero molto turbato con i servizi, non c'è un servizio standard, solo un po' di caso, ma hanno cercato di mentire , Il caso Non possiamo accedere alla TV I. La stanza che hanno cercato di lieci da quando ho controllato fino a quando ho solo controllato di dire che ci sono problemi con TV Cable 😅 In primo luogo mi hanno detto che hanno comprato la scatola TV intelligente arrivato hotel poi TV remoto non accessibile! Infine, è circa TV cable company look like they think we are local guest not much money to pay therefore no solution like change from another room to our room , just set up a wedding moon a bit expensive $ 7 charged . Ma il personale di turno notturno è buono e gentile

Sfortunatamente, per un cambiamento di volo, abbiamo avuto solo una notte, ma ci siamo divertiti ogni minuto! Il personale è super precomfortabile, la camera (pool Villa) è stata fantastica, il cibo è buono e l'hotel stesso è situato in un giardino tropicale, quindi si sente immediatamente come in vacanza! E sia Siem Reap che le strutture del tempio (Angkor Wat, ecc) sono facili da raggiungere. Torneremmo in qualsiasi momento, necessariamente più a lungo la prossima volta!
