Questo hotel e il suo personale incredibile sono fuori dal mondo. Questo è stato il soggiorno più piacevole, piacevole di tutta la nostra vita. L'hotel è bellissimo, davvero affascinante e pulito. La stanza era enorme, luminosa e ben isolata e il colazione era bello. Il personale era al di sopra, non c'è nessuna parola, ci hanno fatto sentire molto benvenuti e a casa! Il bar alla piscina è anche fantastico. Abbiamo anche ricevuto un buon colazione per la nostra 4am Angkor Wat tour e il personale ha anche offerto di chiamare un tuktuk per noi di visitare le ruine un altro giorno. Un consiglio: non perdere il ristorante!!!! È assolutamente delizioso! Se avessimo saputo che il nostro soggiorno sarebbe stato così piacevole, avremmo prenotato per più giorni! È certamente il nostro hotel e speriamo di tornare presto. Abbiamo visitato molti hotel in molti paesi diversi e nessuno è nemmeno vicino a questo. Durante la ricerca di hotel a Seam Reap abbiamo visto molte opzioni belle e il punto chiave che ci ha fatto andare per questo uno erano le recensioni sul personale sorprendente. Beh, lasciate che vi dica che nessun recensione può davvero riflettere quanto si sentirà gentile, comodo e felice. Eravamo in giro con questo hotel e lo consigliamo 100000%!!!!

La camera è spaziosa e abbastanza pulita, sicuramente vanno lavate le tende bianche che hanno macchie vistose. L’aria condizionata ha un minimo troppo alto per cui durante la notte bisogna spegnerla e riaccenderla più volte. Il bagno è spazioso e pulito ma non essendoci un riparo quando si fa la doccia si allaga tutto. Il soffione è arrugginito. Non ho usufruito della piscina che sembrava pulita mani lettini intorno alla piscina in similpelle sono assolutamente da lavare. Ho preso pacchetto con colazione ma dopo la prima mattina abbiamo fatto colazione fuori perché il menu occidentale non era di qualità, pane gommoso e french toast immangiabile. Ho dato 2 stelle per la posizione, e perché Il personale è molto gentile e accogliente. Nell’offerta c’era il viaggio in tuk tuk dall’aeroporto all’albergo gratuito, arrivando in auto da siem Reap abbiamo chiesto se potevamo usufruire dell’accompagnamento all’aeroporto in tuk tuk e ci hanno detto di no, che valeva solo per il percorso inverso. Mah

Amo questo hotel così tanto. La piscina era meravigliosa per rilassarsi e rilassarsi e bere. La ricezione mi ha reso grande il soggiorno e ci ha aiutato a organizzare il miglior tour del villaggio Floating. Il letto era comodo e la bagno era pulita. Buona camera con acqua fredda. Possiamo prenotare il biglietto per l'autobus anche in Cambogia. Siamo grati e non possiamo aspettare di raccomandare questo hotel.

Molto amichevole e utile personale. Un bel po 'di nascosto dalla città occupata. Vicino a tutto. Anche il colazione era buona. Facile a noleggiare bicicletta e scooter e hanno aiutato a prenotare l'autobus per il nostro prossimo fermo in Cambogia. Le camere sono grandi, ma il letto era duro. La piscina era anche bella e la zona circostante era bella.

The hotel is in excellent shape. The air conditioning is very strong. The rooms are very clean. The hotel's location is near everything. What I'd really like to tell you is that the food is very good and the staff delivers excellent customer service. The breakfast menu includes a soup station, omelets from an egg station, local tastes, lots of fresh fruit, and bread you will love. The hotel restaurant features a ”Happy Hour” and very good pizza and cheeseburgers. Oh, and take it from someone with a great deal of experience with hotels-the staff is very young but they are smart, very enthusiastic, and they deliver outstanding customer service. They speak English very well. It starts at the front desk. They are really on the ball. They can answer any questions about the local town. The concierge staff also does an excellent job. It doesn't stop there. The housekeepers work very hard and show pride in their work as do all of the food service staff. You'll love this hotel. It's the service that makes the difference.

We stayed in a deluxe room for 4 nights - it started to feel like home. The room was a good size and clean. Just outside was the gorgeous pool. The grounds of this hotel are a leafy tropical garden. The location of the hotel is OK but it is perhaps 2kms to the tourist district - quite walkable but in the heat we took a tuk tuk to Pub Street which the hotel organised. There is a restaurant in the hotel with quite good food but obviously not the same atmosphere as the tourist district. There is a convenience store right next door and an ATM just down the street. The WiFi was OK but a bit patchy - sometimes we had to go to the bar to get a strong signal. Overall, a good experience.

First and foremost, I would like to highlight the outstanding level of service that your staff exhibited throughout my stay. The entire team at The Sarai, especially Rose, David, and Anna, went above and beyond to ensure that I had a delightful experience. Their dedication and willingness to assist me were truly commendable. I must add that all the other staff members were equally helpful and contributed to making my stay exceptional. Apart from the exceptional service, I was particularly impressed with the hotel's amenities. The comfortable beds ensured a restful sleep, the delicious breakfast provided a great start to the day, and the fabulous pool offered a refreshing retreat. Furthermore, I was thrilled to receive a complimentary 30-minute massage, which I decided to extend due to its immense relaxation benefits. I also want to express my appreciation for the assistance I received from your staff in various other aspects. From arranging transportation to and from the airport to helping me mail out postcards, their support was invaluable. I couldn't have asked for more. In terms of location, The Sarai's proximity to the main shopping and restaurant area is incredibly convenient. The short tuk tuk ride or 10-minute walk ensured that I had easy access to all the attractions and amenities in the city. Additionally, I would like to mention the excellent tuk tuk drivers that your hotel has partnered with. These local drivers were not only knowledgeable about their beautiful city, but they also provided exceptional service and were readily available to show me around. Their passion for Siem Reap was evident, and I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the city with their guidance. My experience at The Sarai has been nothing short of extraordinary. The combination of exceptional service, top-notch amenities, and a dedicated staff has made my stay truly memorable. I am grateful for the outstanding hospitality and will not hesitate to recommend The Sarai to anyone visiting Siem Reap. Thank you once again for providing me with a remarkable experience.

Zwei x Frühstück (als Karte), Abholung vom Airport inklusive , sehr großes Zimmer mit guter Aircon , Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher. Extrem harte Matratze ( wer es mag oder liebt), duschen nur in Wanne möglich, keine Duschabtrennung, Bad überflutet beim duschen, extrem strenger Geruch im Bad ( trotz ständiger Absaugung mit Lüfter). Poolwasser ist Grün und die die Umgebung des Pools ist reparaturbedürftig. Vielleicht wäre ein Lehrgang für das Pool Personal hilfreich. Kaffee zum Frühstück nur Instand. Maschine wäre toll. Die nähere Umgebung läd weniger zum verweilen ein. Aber ein großer Markt mit verschiedensten Gerüchen ist sehr nahe.Insgesamt für den Preis super, wenn der Pool sauber und gepflegt wäre.

친절하고 좋아요. 가격대가 저렴해서 더 마음에 들고, 위치도 큰길가 옆이고, 근처에 식당,카페도 몇개 있어요. 수영장도 수영하기 좋아요. 앙코르사원가는 삼거리에 위치하고, 시내는 뚝뚝이로 $2에 갈 수 있어요. 시설이 조금 낡은 것이 흠이지만 청소를 깨끗하게 잘해줘요. 세탁은 $2/1kg이고 당일 세탁을 해주더라고요. 매우 만족합니다.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 4 notti al Mane Boutique Hotel, ma all’ultimo abbiamo deciso di prolungare il nostro soggiorno. Purtroppo non c’erano camere libere, ma lo staff ci ha reindirizzato a questa struttura “sorella”. Rispetto al Boutique, è più lontano dalla città ma fornisce un comodo servizio tuk tuk. Le camere sono delle villette rialzate immerse nel verde. Due piscine, ristoranti e spazi comuni ben tenuti e arredati con gusto.
