Was a very good stay and location was what I needed. I came back and my friend had the keycard they were helpful in opening the door for me since I stayed there for 5 nights.

위치/청결/서비스는 양호합니다. 하지만 노후된 시설(실내/화장실/헬스장은 거의 박살), 해외 호텔에서 구멍난 베개는 처음 봤네요. 조식은 메뉴도 많이 없고, 맛도 별로입니다. 솔직히 7만원짜리 4성급 호텔은 아닌 것 같습니다. 적정가격 5만원..

시내와 가깝고 조용하며 깔끔합니다 침대도 편하고 단지 조식이 단조롭고 메뉴가 별로없지만 계란후라이 해주는건 맛있어요

**一樣的酒店，光線昏暗，陰森森的，，，院子很大。看不到一個人或一部車，，，就奇怪這麼大的酒店怎麼就沒人住啊？ 整個大樓就兩個喘氣的: 一個收費的前台和一個不會使用卡片開鎖的服務員，，，，這也太節約人力成本了吧？ 床不但塌陷，床墊還會“歪”，陳舊的床單斑斑點點，，， 看到這種情況，要求退房，提請取消時間是當地的16點左右，對方一直不回覆。（攜程圖片上的是第三次督促提醒取消後的時間，不知道攜程怎麼搞的，第一、第二次的提請時間沒有了）。前台説是需要請示上級，半小時後上級到達酒店，答應退一半。把我們打發走了後，就不給退了。

2023年12月末の利用でした。最近までコロナで休業していたため、お客さんの出入りが少なくやや寂しさを感じました。ただ、コロナ前のレビューを見ると評価も高く活気のあるホテルであったと思います。これから、少しずつ従来の様子に戻っていくのだと思います。

酒店離老街近，前台服務非常好。頁面寫的可以免費加床，實際就是三人間三晚一共收了我60刀的費用，要了收據，回國後反應了情況攜程立馬解決了問題，效率高！酒店設施一般整潔度維護好，給我的房間在酒店入口大廳的正上面，外面有一層深色玻璃，房間窗户和隔壁房間共享一個深色玻璃的陽台，整天看不見陽光，圖片是中午拍攝的，根本就沒光線。酒店提出可以換，可是衹有一個大床加一個小床，我定的時候就要求加一個小床，住着不方便，加上白天都在外面遊玩，也就不想換了。游泳池啥的全在後麪不知道要怎麼過去。早飯不錯，炒飯炒河粉都有西式也有。 但這個價位在吳哥有更好的選擇。 不會推薦。

因為退房晚了一點，要了我20美金，我真是服了，哪有這樣的？但是其他還是蠻不錯的，泳池什麼的都很好，早餐還可以

早上五六點定的當天房間，當天十二點左右退房，想着休息一下無所謂。 到了後，實際上 有空房，且平台可以正常預訂，但被前台告知，無法辦理入住。 後續協商退款，等了二十分鐘，説可以安排一間房入住。 入住之後，整個房間一股味，很不舒服的體驗。

One of the best staff in hotel, a really nice pool, a whole botanic garden in hotel, smiles come even from cleaning ladies, but best of all, its their breakfasts. Ledendary soups, special eggs stand, and huge swedish table, with all the breakfast you can handle. I would say they are cheap for what they offer, but then... 😎
