If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay in Siem Reap, look no further: The Five Senses Boutique Hotel is a perfect place to be in every way. I’m serious, here you can find literally everything you need to make the most from your trip. Judge for yourself: the location is just a stone’s throw from the downtown, and at the same time the hotel is situated on quite street, which means that you can have a good sleep in an extremely comfy bed in the room with full amenities after a roaring night. Then, here you can book any excursions you need, including of course, a trip to Angkor Wat. Here, I want to express special thanks to our driver, Bon Teung, with whom we made a small temple tour and big temple tour. Bon Teung made our trips really comfortable and pleasant. I won’t forget about food: breakfasts in the hotel are a-la carte, so anyone can find something to their taste. As for lunch and dinner time, there are a few restaurants nearby. In one of them, Sambo, you can try a variety of real Khmer dishes. Finally, I must thank to the person, who is, literally, a linchpin of this place: the owner Bruno and his lovely family. Bruno is definitely one of the best hosts we’ve ever met in our life! Wouldn’t it be great if all hotels' hosts did their as brilliant as Bruno does! Btw, we were communicating with Bruno directly via messenger on Google Maps and our booking process was as smooth as silk. Thank you very much once again, Bruno and Bon Teung for unforgettable two days in Siem Reap. We're looking forward to seeing you again!

I am writing to express my utmost satisfaction and gratitude towards the impeccable services provided by your hotel, The Sarai. I have had the opportunity to stay in numerous hotels during my travels, but The Sarai has truly left a lasting impression on me. First and foremost, I would like to highlight the outstanding level of service that your staff exhibited throughout my stay. The entire team at The Sarai, especially Rose, David, and Anna, went above and beyond to ensure that I had a delightful experience. Their dedication and willingness to assist me were truly commendable. I must add that all the other staff members were equally helpful and contributed to making my stay exceptional. Apart from the exceptional service, I was particularly impressed with the hotel's amenities. The comfortable beds ensured a restful sleep, the delicious breakfast provided a great start to the day, and the fabulous pool offered a refreshing retreat. Furthermore, I was thrilled to receive a complimentary 30-minute massage, which I decided to extend due to its immense relaxation benefits. I also want to express my appreciation for the assistance I received from your staff in various other aspects. From arranging transportation to and from the airport to helping me mail out postcards, their support was invaluable. I couldn't have asked for more. In terms of location, The Sarai's proximity to the main shopping and restaurant area is incredibly convenient. The short tuk tuk ride or 10-minute walk ensured that I had easy access to all the attractions and amenities in the city. Additionally, I would like to mention the excellent tuk tuk drivers that your hotel has partnered with. These local drivers were not only knowledgeable about their beautiful city, but they also provided exceptional service and were readily available to show me around. Their passion for Siem Reap was evident, and I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the city with their guidance. My experience at The Sarai has been nothing short of extraordinary. The combination of exceptional service, top-notch amenities, and a dedicated staff has made my stay truly memorable. I am grateful for the outstanding hospitality and will not hesitate to recommend The Sarai to anyone visiting Siem Reap. Thank you once again for providing me with a remarkable experience.

Sono giapponese. Abbiamo trascorso la notte in questo hotel per vedere il peccato di Chen. La posizione è molto buona. Puoi raggiungere la strada bar della città in circa dieci minuti e raggiungere il Goo-go in circa 15 minuti. L'hotel è molto amichevole. Anche se arrivo all'hotel circa 23:00, quando chiedo di fare il check-in, affittare una moto e un taxi, sono disposti ad accettarlo. Mi ha prestato un taxi ogni giorno per 12 dollari, un viaggio molto piacevole. Se torno al palazzo, voglio restare di nuovo. La debolezza è, 1. Penso che le persone che non noleggiano una moto abbiano bisogno di un sacco di tasse di taxi. (il costo del viaggio dall'hotel di mattina a Zhaokoang è $10) 2.2.Può essere sbagliato usarlo, ma mi sembra un po'inconveniente, perché la temperatura del fango non aumenta.

Abi era un incredibile guida turistica! Il mio partner e io fui chiamato come guida turistica per la nostra esperienza Angkor Way da un amico e residente affidabile di Siem Reap. Non siamo stati delusi. Abi è un guidato conosciuto con un sapere enciclopedico della storia cambogiana, ed è anche genuino amichevole e affascinante. Seriamente, il nostro viaggio a Angkor Wat non sarebbe stato così profondo e divertente se non avessimo scelto Abi. Egli è anche ben noto come un salvatore di gatti e un aiutante dei figli di Siem Reap. Le daremo la nostra più alta raccomandazione!

We stayed here for 6 nights, and loved it. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. The pools are fantastic and a welcome relief from the heat. The food in the restaurant was delicious, and the service is very attentive. We enjoyed the short tuk tuk ride into town. The staff who work here are so exceptionally helpful and lovely, it really is a wonderful place to stay. Would thoroughly recommend.
