Arnor de Luxe Hotel & Spa

Firstly ignore all bad reviews!! Amongst looking for hotels I came across this one, I looked at reviews as you do and came across a few bad ones but amongst looking at multiple hotels this seemed to be the best one so I still booked it and thank god I did ! This hotel is absolutely beautiful, staff are incredible especially umut (entertainment manager) they’ve made us feel extremely welcome hospitality has been exceptional staff are incredibly attentive and all staff members coming to your hands and knees at all hours. Drink half empty? It’s filled up before the glass is even empty. Food is absolutely incredible with a code variety of different cultural foods, multiples desserts you’ll never go hungry at this hotel ! As breakfast lunch dinner snacks are all exclusive ! Hungry during the night ? They even have food available all night which we were so suprised about. The way they make the food to look absolutely incredible 5* is an understatement. There’s entertainment on every night with multiple different shows downstairs African show, stunt show, belly dancing none stop entertainment. There’s even a disco which is more like a nightclub downstairs which we attended which was incredible. All alcohol is all inclusive to you can get as many alcohol drinks as you like The spa is beautiful we also got massages which was incredible definitely recommend this hotel. This was our first holiday to Turkey as a family of 3. We'd originally booked another hotel but after reading reviews decided to pay alittle extra to Stay at Arnor De Luxe. We're so glad we did! Arrived late at night, greeted with a warm welcome from the start. Room was just as pictured! Fresh water and drinks in our fridge and slippers were a lovely touch! Plenty of towels and cleaned to a good standard. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were all pleasant experiences with plenty of choice. Staff were actively busy and very friendly and attentive. Being able to get a cup of tea was a bonus Hotel grounds were immaculate! Air con throughout and plenty of places to sit and drink. Snack bar had tasty food and good choice. Pools were fresh water and always clean. Slides were great and children's areas all seemed safe and tastefully decorated. The hotels facilities were great! I especially loved the Spa. Treatments I had were amazing and value for money. Plenty to do outside hotel and Side Old Town was 20 mins walk or 10 min taxi ride. This is a must! It's beautiful with lots of opportunities to shop! I'd definitely recommend the hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Side!

Fabulous hotel - from clean, modern rooms, to amazing food, very friendly staff and impeccable pool and spa facilities. We loved our stay at Arnor and would highly recommend it to everyone. Mark, Ali and Emre were 3 of the many helpful staff members at this hotel who made our stay even more positive. Food and drinks could not be faulted and the spa was very well priced. Would definitely go back. One little area of improvement for the management would be to keep the lights on in the bars after midnight… we understand that the bars close at midnight and that the lights are then turned off to encourage people to go to the disco bar but our group were quite happy to stay where we were whether that was the snack bar outside or the lobby bar - finishing our drinks / playing cards etc for another hour or so after midnight and we thought it was quite unnecessary to turn off the lights completely and make us sit there in pitch dark.

Best resort in turkey! Really enjoyed the time and the rooms are clean. Will visit again deffo! Recommend it! Food was great, drinks available anytime. Nice view to the sea and the pool from the balcony. Cant wait to visit again sometime next year!

We went to Arnor for New Year’s Eve and stayed 7 nights here. We enjoyed our stay and would return here but probably in the springtime or summer time. Staff was friendly and helpful, i believe they tried really hard to offer their best services. Some of them don’t speak english. Rooms were cleaned every day, lovely hard working cleaners. I gave 4**** because the food was not great.. Not many choices for the kids, fries, nuggets, spaghetti, rice… Breakfast was great but lunch and dinner not really except for the last 2 days when they served nicer food. To eat at the A la carte restaurant you had to book 24 hrs prior…. Also, the indoor swimming pool is really small, kids only have a paddling pool no slides or anything like that, but they do have a chair for disabled. There was a Gala dinner on new years eve and nobody informed us we had to book it and the buffet had no good food but the show was awesome! We expected more fireworks and some more fun after but there wasn’t. You can rent pushchairs and plug adapters from reception which is great. Overall we had a pleasant time, spa was great, staff were lovely, drinks and food could’ve been better, the water in the pool was a bit too cold, clean hotel.

Never going back - This hotel isnt meant for UK Nationals. The staff do not speak good English and i can honestly say i have never experienced such a unwelcoming place. If you aren't the most confident Brit you will defintiely struggle in this hotel! Avoid at all costs. Food was nice but choice wasn't great for children. I do love food but even i struggled with some of the dishes available. There is definitely nicer food available in Turkey as we have been many times and this was food was the worst we have had. Restaurant staff - a couple of the waiters were lovely but some were just simply rude! To the point i was brought to tears and had to complain about a waiter that treated us asbysmally while doing fist bumps to the couple on the table at the side of us! Absolutely shocking! Restaurant was always busy and hard to find a table if we waited until later on in the evening for a table and you were still eating they would turn the lights off on you no matter how many tables were occupied! You couldn't help yourself to soft fizzy drinks like coke or fanta or alcohol in the retaurants you had to order these from the waiters so often we would eat our meals without a drink because the waiters are too busy and often didn't even acknowledge you. The pool - Beds were very close to the edge of the pool and they were rammed in. If the kids were splashing about as they do in a pool we had to be vigilant to keep the kids away from certain areas as there was some very miserable people that would take the same beds at the very edge of the pool and complain everytime they were splashed! There were some families that felt they had a right to take other peoples beds (these tended to be Turkish families holidaying locally) so they would just approach the pool staff and they would just come along and remove peoples towels. This happened regualrly and there was many pool side arguments over this. Pool entertainment was a bit adhoc wasn't great by any means. We enjoyed watching the pool water polo but this was so agressive our kids could not join in. The people that make the cocktails by the pool were lovely and the cocktails were amazing! The pool was nice and big. The room was cleaned often. The beds were okay. The bathrooms were modern looking but they were dark. Our shower tray kept over flowing and would leak under the shower door into the bedroom. We were on the top floor of the hotel and this floor was so hot you had to prepare yourself for opening the door. The air conditioning was okay could have been better but it did the job once it got going. Spa - The spa experience was amazing and the staff were really accomodating they did a great job i would definitely recommend. But again i got a feeling being a sales person myself that once you had paid your money to them unless you were buying another experience they just weren't interested in talking to you! Its just really business like, you could see them working on thier next prospect and i'd
