Nice room and nice bed, bathtub, water heater functionally well, friendly staff, nice simple breakfast to start the day, location are strategic, got restaurant near the hotel, overall okay.

The accommodities provided is very good.. The room and the bathroom is very clean and very comfortable.. Overall, i had a great experience here.. Haaa.. The morning view from my room also very beautiful.. Gonna stay here again for my next visit.. 😍

Friendly staff during check in. The room is very clean, spacious and comfortable. They provided basic amenities. The location is strategically near the city centre. The restaurants near the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely book again in the near future.

Actually I booked this hotel for my trainer since we have work at this area together. Overall my trainer are satisfied with the services and the room because its comfortable and clean all the time.

There is no parking & we were not aware that it was paid parking. We were told to go & buy the parking ticket. It would be convenient if the reception could sell them. The bathroom was very mouldy.

Generally hotel is ok, clean. Only problem is we are a family of 4 and there was only 2 sets of cups, 2 pairs of slippers. Even when we asked the cleaners for it, we were told all family units are given 2. Thankfully front desk was helpful and attended to our requests. Also the toilet choked throughout our stay and we had to call for help many times. With only 1 toilet, we had to use the toilets downstairs. Hope this can be improved. Otherwise, it’s good.
