This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways! I would highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn Kuwait to anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in Kuwait. The spacious rooms, friendly staff, and prime location make it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. The overall experience exceeded expectations and felt closer to a 5-star hotel. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Kuwait. Spacious & Clean Rooms: My room was large, very clean, and had a comfortable bed, ensuring a restful stay. Efficient Check-In: Arrival, valet parking, and check-in were quick and hassle-free. Friendly & Helpful Staff: The staff were consistently friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. Convenient Location: Being directly connected to The Avenues mall offered endless shopping and dining options right at my doorstep. I didn't even need to use the hotel restaurant! Valet Parking Available: A helpful amenity for those who prefer not to worry about parking.

St. Regis, formerly known as Sheraton, is a new luxury hotel in Kuwait City. The hotel was open after an exterior renewal and a complete renovation of room floors and rooms. Lobby and restaurants remain untouched for now. Was extremely happy with the service as expected. I booked the a Grand Deluxe room which was extremely spacious and really nice. Views of the Main Street, nothing special, except for the beautiful architecture of Shaikh Jaber Alahmad Alsabah Center, which houses the Opera. Food is delicious, known for its Indian, Lebanese, and Italian, and Persian restaurants, in addition to the English Tea Lounge. The location is excellent for business and leisure, with many restaurants, cafes, and shopping around. I would definitely stay there again.

Ho spiegato che stavo facendo un lavoro e che sarei venuto più tardi, ma sembravano insensibili, e finalmente ho risolto questo. La stessa sera dopo cena ho chiesto di aggiungere il conto alla mia stanza e di nuovo la stessa atteggiamento di pagamento incondizionato prima di uscire dal ristorante. Sembra che qualcosa di gravemente sbagliato con la gestione dell'hotel. Non credo che abbiano il sistema di controllo dove si risieda e se ne uscite, o forse non sono familiari o forse non si interessano. Quindi se si vuole sperimentare gli anni '80 insieme agli interni, mobili, spazi bagnati crampi e un atteggiamento per corrispondere che pagare 35KD per notte si sentono liberi di esplorare. Altri si cercano opzioni migliori. E si ottiene una bottiglia di acqua, 2 tè e 2 caffè.. Non si può chiedere più. Pagherete 1.2KD per ogni bottiglia d'acqua dopo!!!
