I've traveled all over the world and stayed at many international hotels, but for me, the Grand Hyams Hotel in Quy Nhon surpasses any hotel I've stayed at before. All the receptionists here are very professional, beautiful, and always quick to assist whenever I need help. 10/10 is not enough for this hotel. This has been a memorable vacation for me, and I will definitely return to Grand Hyams and Quy Nhon many times.

Visita L'amore durante il mio viaggio a Quy Nhn è stata un'esperienza inoltrabile. Mi ha encantato la bellezza e lo stile moderno europeo dell'hotel. Le camere sono spaziose, confortevoli e riempite di luce naturale, creando un'atmosfera calda e rilassante. La posizione centrale era un enorme plus, perché ci fu solo una passeggiata per raggiungere la spiaggia di Quy Nhon. Mi piaceva svegliarmi presto; la piscina dell’hotel ha fornito una vista ampia del mare e un bel risalto del sole. L'atmosfera tranquilla e il collegamento con la natura hanno fatto davvero la mia vacanza speciale, il servizio qui era professionale, incredibilmente caldo e attento. Ho persino lasciato i miei AirPods all'hotel, e il personale è stato incredibilmente utile e ha lavorato insieme senza sosta per aiutarmi a recuperarli. Il ristorante dell'hotel è anche un'enfasi notabile, offrendo deliziose e bellissime pasti locali e freschi, tra cui noodles squid, noodles misti e fo. Ho preso il tempo di provare un paio di piatti qui, e non solo erano deliziosi, ma anche ragionevolmente prezzi. Il buffet di colazione era di alta qualità, con una vasta gamma di cibi e una selezione di tè e caffè. Il servizio spa dell'hotel è stato anche a prezzi ragionevoli, e ho trovato il trattamento per il bagno per capelli un grande valore. Questa è davvero una destinazione ideale per coloro che vogliono godere di una vacanza di lusso, con prezzi molto ragionevoli rispetto alla zona. Se stai pianificando un viaggio a Quy Nhn, credo fermamente che l'amore è una scelta eccellente per tutti.

Grande servizio e amichevole personale. I bagagli sono stati presi subito all'arrivo. I bagagli sono stati consegnati alla stanza. Il check-in è stato un brindisi. La stanza ha una vista stupenda sulla spiaggia. La colazione aveva molte scelte da frutta, verdura, ovest, e naturalmente vietnamita. Memorial staff che ha colpito il nostro soggiorno era Charlie. Lei è personale. Solo una persona molto piacevole per parlare con. Un altro membro del personale era Anh Dau dal bar. E' un po' umile o forse c'è una barriera linguistica. Tuttavia, lei ti saluta sempre con un sorriso e chiede cosa vorrei bere anche se voglio solo raffreddare. In generale, questo hotel, la città, Quy Nhon, è una gemma nascosta che non molti turisti hanno conoscenza nel loro viaggio. Veloce ritmo rispetto a Hanoi e/o Saigon. Più rilassato. Sappiamo solo che Quy Nhon è stato il nostro amico Phuoc Duhi, un creatore digitale di TikTok, che ci incontravamo anni fa a Saigon, che ci ha presentati nella sua città.Se decidete di avere una vacanza lenta in Vietnam, Quy Nhon dovrebbe essere uno dei suoi destinazioni. This is my second time visit this hotel. This time I booked 02 rooms for my dad and his friends, because I booked 2 different room type so there are 02 separate bookings. There was a mistake that I forgot to change name for 2nd booking to under my Dad’s name. I emailed to hotel through OTA app and also called to hotel to ask for help. And I got a confirmation from staff that will help us to change booking name to avoid misunderstanding upon check in on arrival date (She didn’t mention about extra fee). Today, when my dad came to check in and front desk asked him for 500.000vnd and said to us that they do not receive any information from me (I have a evidence with me that hotel received my request). It’s not much but I’m not willing to pay at that time and asking for her to help my dad check in first then I will work on with reservation team. She was keeping say NO. She only does check in if we pay money for her, if not my dad has to waiting. It is very unprofessional and it’s not 5-star standard service that a 5- star hotel should have. This will be the last time we stay at FLC Resort Quy Nhon Tôi có đặt 2 phòng 2 bookings cho ba tôi tại FLC Luxury Hotel Quy Nhơn. Do có một chút sơ suất lúc đặt phòng, tôi chưa chuyển tên booking từ Hang Pham sang Pham Van Lieu. Tuy nhiên, n*** sau khi phát hiện ra, tôi đã email và cũng nhận được phản hồi của khách sạn . Để trao đổi chi tiết, tôi cũng đã gọi điện gặp bộ phận đặt phòng để trao đổi về vấn để đổi tên booking này. Bộ phận đặt phòng cũng xác nhận đã thấy booking và cũng đã thấy tin nhắn yêu cầu trên booking của tôi. Và nói đã nắm thông tin hỗ trợ chuyển tên ( Không hề mention gì đến việc mất phụ thu cho phí đổi tên). Hôm nay khi ba tôi đến check in, nhân viên lễ tân yêu cầu thanh toán 500.000vnd phí đổi và nói không nhận được bất cứ thông tin gì từ tôi về request đổi tên. Tôi có nhờ các bạn hỗ trợ làm thủ tục trước và sẽ trao đổi lại với bộ phận đặt phòng sau. Tuy nhiên, với sự kém nhanh nhẹn và cứng nhắc của bạn lễ tân. Nhất quyết phải thu tiền phí đổi tên mới hỗ trợ check in. Tôi biết quy định là quy định, các bạn phải làm theo nhưng việc không linh động với khách hàng là quá kém. Tôi không nghĩ 1 khách sạn 5 sao mà có thể gây sự khó chịu cho khách hàng đến vậy. Tôi viết email này mong muốn bộ phận đặt phòng và khách sạn kiểm tra lại thông tin đặt phòng. Tôi cũng không nhớ rõ bạn đã nói chuyện điện thoaii và xác nhận với tôi là ai. Tôi nghĩ 500.000vnd nó không phải số tiền lớn mà tôi k thể chi trả, nhưng tôi mong khách sạn hãy xem lại cách làm việc linh động hơn và đưa thông tin đầy đủ tới khách hàng để mang lại trải nghiệm tốt cho khách hàng.

Questo potrebbe essere un grande hotel, ma non è ancora. L'edificio è nuovo e interessante, la zona del tetto è buona. Ma ci sono alcuni problemi. I pendenti in bagno, non una cosa grande, ma il personale avrebbe dovuto notare. La stanza non viene pulita/costruita un giorno, che a volte succede. Ma: 1) un hotel con queste pretensioni ha bisogno di un bar. 2) Il buffet di colazione è stato di gran lunga il peggiore dei 5 vietnamiti, molto pochi frutti freschi o succo di frutta, opzioni che scadono e non vengono sostituiti. Io amo mangiare buona cibo vietnamita al colazione, non è stato questo. 3) Il personale sembra un po' perso e incerto. Sì, questo è un nuovo hotel... ma ottenere un personale con esperienza che sa come funziona un hotel! Non ci sono errori di grande enfasi, solo la sveglia e la vaganza, tranne da un'eccellente receptionista femminile, che potrebbe essere ordinato se i membri chiave della squadra andassero a un buon hotel per qualche giorno, quindi sapevano cosa volevano fare.

Muong Thanh is one of the good hotels in Quy Nhon with a great location and reasonable prices. The scenery was peaceful with many trees and friendly staff, especially is ms Bich. She was lovely and kind and greatly helped me when I stayed here. The room is large, clean and nicely decorated bed. I enjoyed the moment when I stayed there.

Il mare era bellissimo e il panorama era molto buono. Il cibo è normale. Ci sono 4 o 5 negozi sulla vicina spiaggia dove puoi scegliere il tuo pesce e venderlo a peso intorno alle 18:00, quindi potrebbe essere una buona idea fermarsi mentre fai una passeggiata sulla spiaggia. Ci vogliono circa 20 minuti in taxi per raggiungere la città di Quy Nhon, quindi potrebbe essere un hotel scomodo per spostarsi.

Comfortable rooms, beautiful view, delicious food, enthusiastic and friendly staff, full range of convenient services inside the resort. There is a beautiful grass golf course and white sand beach. The coconut trees here are full of fruit, and bougainvillea flowers bloom everywhere, very beautifully. Overall it's okay. Will come back next time

Fantastico nuovo hotel nel cuore di Quy Nonh. Mi è piaciuto davvero il mio soggiorno e il personale è stato bello e utile. Le camere erano grandi e suite, con tetti di altezza tripla e letto molto comodo. La sala da ginnastica era fantastica e la piscina aveva una vista magnifica sulla spiaggia. Solo una questione era quella di aspettare gli ascensori che hanno preso troppo tempo.
