Il soggiorno per il parco dormitorio e Chad S. era molto informativo! Ha avuto un sacco di domande su di loro soggiorno e area e Chad era spot con ogni risposta. Gli ho chiesto una domanda che non mi aspettavo davvero che conoscesse la risposta a e invece di supporre o dire che non so che ha detto ”Lasciate che me ne accorga” e che poteva tornare a me in forse 30 secondi! L'uomo è un vero professionista, e attraverso il più ha un atteggiamento molto splendido!

Ho riposato in diversi luoghi lungo il mio viaggio, da Salt Lake City Utah, Trinidad & Tobago nei Caraibi. Ma questo è speciale. Pulizia sempre tutto il personale molto professionale un cortese. Due pollice in alto.

Stayed for 2 nights with multiple rooms and family, including kids. We made reservations last-minute, and the staff were very accommodating and helpful in getting us checked in quickly and easily. Staff were all masked (most guests were not). Kids used the pool; it was clean and warm, if a bit small, so can get pretty crowded. The breakfast has cold and hot options, waffles and fresh fruit and good coffee. Our room was large and very clean. Two queen beds, a large sofa in a separate sitting area, lots of little storage nooks, and lots of area for unpacking and spreading out. Bathroom is REALLY big and clean. Has a sliding frosted glass door, so lets a little light bleed through at night. Lots of regular and USB outlets. Reading lights on the beds. One small complaint is that our TV was in the sitting area, so difficult to see from the farther bed. Not sure if all rooms are set up like that. Comfortable temperature, good water pressure. Beds are super comfy. Sofa easily big enough to sleep a teenager. Not much noise from other guests even though we were across from the elevator. Our 2nd floor room overlooked the shopping center (it was either that or the freeway), but the windows and blinds blocked most light and noise. Lots of free parking. If it wasn’t a pandemic we’d have enjoyed having a movie theater and bowling alley just steps away. Easy access from the freeway. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. Nice to have everything new and clean and modern. Highly recommend.

Il servizio clienti era di prima classe. Sorry a Starr per aiutarci con letteralmente tutto quello che avevamo bisogno. Questo enorme patrimonio per questa compagnia. Amore il nostro soggiorno. Pulizia comoda e facilmente accessibile per la destinazione, il negozio di liquori, un pub ecc.

UUtente ospiteSiamo venuti qui per un soggiorno. Molto eccitato di esperimentare la piscina. Le camere erano molto belle. Tuttavia, ero deluso con la zona della piscina. Sembra che gli hotel che gestiscono la piscina si sono arresi sulla manutenzione e la stanno lasciando andare a sprecare. La colazione era buona. Gli servivano una zona più grande. Non sapevamo dove sedersi o mettere il cibo. Abbiamo finito in camera per finire la cena. Il servizio era buono. Tutti gli altri erano in grado di accedere, ma abbiamo dovuto aspettare 40+ per ottenere la nostra stanza, anche se eravamo qui prima. Se stai venendo a prendere la piscina... risparmiati i soldi e andare da qualche parte piu' bello.

SSteven Unexpected amenities, thoroughly satisfied with the accommodation my first time at this chain, it’s not like an apartment is it like a all suite Hotel. Everything was great with the stain. How do I known it is Vance everything that I had I would’ve stopped at the grocery store and bought some food first and they take dogs which was a really big plus for me you got your moneys worth I’d recommend staying here Location is right in the middle of it all.

Questo Comfort Inn è molto conveniente per l'autostrada. Ci sono diversi ristoranti a passeggiata dall'hotel. La mia stanza (#310) sul terzo piano era in realtà dietro gli alberi davanti all'hotel nella foto che usano. Gli alberi lo fecero molto privato e la sera un gruppo di uccelli volavano per farla scendere la notte! La stanza e il bagno erano molto puliti. L'hotel mostra alcuni segni di indossamento, ma non troppo male. Una cosa che non mi piaceva era che il caffè era vicino al bacino sul contatore della bagno, quindi non lascia molto spazio per i bagni, ecc. Dovrebbero spostarlo in un altro luogo. Il colazione non era così grande, ma va bene. Hanno offerto waffle, uova prefabbricate, salsa, yogurt, cereali, bacche e muffin, ma non ci sono abbastanza posti per sedersi e mangiare colazione e non vogliono che tu tolga il cibo dall'area di lobby. Le donne dietro il desk sono amiche e cortese, e rimarrei qui se avessi un bilancio.

Really enjoyed my stay at this location, check in was very quick and informative. Entire Staff was very friendly and professional definitely would love to give Kudos to Cora, Steve, and (the other Night Auditor/Night Laundry Attendant I didn't get her name) for making my trip an absolute pleasant one and going above and beyond to assure we had a comfortable stay. Thank you guys so much!

UUtente ospiteThis was literally the WORST place I've ever stayed! If you like the stench of old diapers and a homeless soup kitchen that hasn't been cleaned since opening day 1924! Every hallway from 1st to 4th floor smells the exact same way! Garbage throughout every floor, cans and wrappers and just plain garbage all over the parking lot and tweakers knocking at random doors at all hours of the night scaring the hell out of you when the door ends up being yours that night because the key cards don't keep people out the doors are always propped open and left for any homeless person to walk in and do who knows what to you or your families. The main manager Michelle Robison or the, ”GM” as she likes to call herself is a thief! Maybe she will read this and she will know exactly what the #@$% I'm talking about. I hope you took that 100 bucks and if you split it with your little one time a week worker Jen didn't spend it all in one place. You know what you did. You must think people are stupid. Why else would you not allow Myself or my GF go into room 406 to retrieve that money to give back to the person who lost their wallet? It's because you knew it was no longer in there and then you wanna bad mouth me behind my back to my GF telling her we thought it was just okay to rip other people off. The nerve of your ugly mouth! You had pocketed that money and you didn't even give it back to the guest who lost it and just thought you'd pin it on me. We all know the truth and you and your choice of workers cannot be trusted. The only one who can and should be trusted is Carrie and she should have your job but I'm sure doesn't want it. Oh and buy a hair brush and actually look professional at work once in a while would ya!! Mowt unprofessional looking atmosphere you will ever see. She also allows her little friend employees to get away with whatever they want and none of them do any actual work. Housekeeping does the WORST job, leaving disgusting trails of who knows what after other tenants have stayed in a room. We had to spend 3 days cleaning when we first got there just to get it close to the standards of cleanliness liveable for us.i wouldn't recommend this place to a rather. Again I repeat, the GM as she likes to call herself is a thief and they **** people outta there that they don't like but they keep all the drug addicts so they can get their fix on and off their shifts. I doubt any of the important people ever see this anyways. So again, DO NOT stay at this Hotel!! Do and you shall see yourself that you and anybody decent you bring with you will absolutely HATE it!!! I hope you all take my advice. Do not waste your money! Don't do it!! This is my review and if you would like to take it upon yourself to be disgusted be my... wait I mean their... guest....
