For health reasons we were in the area and were happily surprised to find availability. We so enjoyed the hotel staffs warmth, generosity of spirit, and focus on ensuring our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, that we are already planning our return. The hotel is spacious, clean with lots of areas to explore, sit and enjoy, , full of surprises and lots for kids and kid-at hearts. This is not a pretentious place but was pleasant, clean, decorated tastefully, It appeared well maintained. Reception was smooth as we came early, put our luggage in their storage room, so we could enjoy the plethora of accommodations. The spa, pools, jacuzzis, sauna, health club, beachfront was amazing. The food was plentiful, fresh, tasty, presented aesthetically in a buffet style. Something for everyone. The coffee was amazing. We saw they were refreshing rooms, and ours was well sized, clean, comfortable - with the fluffiest pillows. ( no mold, or broken tiles etc. ). There lacked a bathtub plug, but an overturned cup did the trick. The shower head shrieked, which we reported but it really didnt bother us. There was plenty of hot water and we felt pampered every minute of our stay. Highly recommend.

UUtente ospiteThis was an incredible experience from the check-in!! The hotel and surrounding botanical gardens are absolutely stunning everywhere you go on the property. From the massive pool to the botanical tour I was given by Daniella, everything was amazing. The Synergy Spa was like an oasis of calm, with a wet sauna, a mineral pool, and an outdoor pool overlooking the mountain scenery. The breakfast was beyond expectations with every single thing you could want or imagine. I can recommend this place highly to anyone and everyone. I will be back.

WWayne88Siamo stati nel Mar Verde Morto per 4 giorni alla fine di agosto 2024. Impressione generale: le strutture dell'hotel sono stanche e chiaramente hanno bisogno di investire in più manutenzione. Ci sono stati pareti di moldaggio e di pellicola, ma anche soffitti, sia nelle camere che nelle aree pubbliche, che hanno bisogno di più personale di pulizia per i periodi di occupazione. C'era cibo da pranzo precedente sul pavimento della sala da pranzo, gli ascensori erano ricci durante il giorno, e la piscina era piena di capelli, involucri dolci, ecc. Domenica, si lavarono un grande pulizia. Ho soggiornato in molti hotel israeliani, e purtroppo il colazione al Vert non ha paragonato favorevolmente a quelli. Non molto varietà, o immaginazione. I pasti d'altra parte erano di prima classe: gusto, con molta scelta e immaginazione. Molti dei servizi di ricezione erano molto brutti (Ruslan e Tal sono due eccezioni a questo, che erano davvero carini e utili), e hanno fornito informazioni fuorvianti. Un membro del personale superiore mi ha tenuto in attesa per 15 minuti mentre lei è andata a prendere la sua foto con un importante dignitario che è arrivato (lo guardavo da lato), il ristorante della piscina non ha funzionato domenica, che è stato un peccato. Il personale mi ha detto che funziona solo venerdì e sabato. Infine, notare che l'hotel non ha abbastanza parcheggio. Così hanno organizzato parcheggio fuori con navi, che non era conveniente, e non funzionava tutto il tempo. In generale, il nostro soggiorno era abbastanza piacevole e abbiamo avuto una buona pausa, ma non torneremmo finché non avranno fatto un grande riassetto.

המקלחת לא בנויה טוב (כל שטח הרצפה נרטב לגמרי...) אבל שאר החדר נפלא. ערב התרבות (הופעה של ”הכושים העבריים” היה מלהיב ביותר (רקדנו עד אפיסת כוחות...), אם כי הערב השני היה חלש לעומתו.

RRomanThe cleanliness in the dining room was not high. Plates were dirty. There was a stage when I asked the waiter for draft beer and I received a bottle. When I told the waiter I said that I asked for draft beer, he simply said no, so I said I was not interested. Then he replied that he had opened it and there was nothing to do in our private pool. The ladder broke. And it took 4 and a half hours until it was addressed. In addition to that, there was a lot of sand in the pool, but it should be noted that there were employees at the hotel who were great and provided good service. The food receives a score of 3 out of five. The location of the hotel is excellent, central by the sea and shopping complex

Carente la struttura (un po' datata),carente la ristorazione di scarsa qualita', carente il servizio in sala e in spiaggia, carente assai la pulizia, carenti le piscine super affollate.Faccio salva solo la posizione a pochi metri dalla spiaggia attrezzata che pero' chiude prestissimo e, come dicevo poco sopra,gode di un servizio un po' ruvido. Stanza accettabile con bella veduta sul Mar Morto (che è un luogo davvero particolare) ma letti separati(??) Alla luce delle considerazioni fatte ritengo il prezzo per una notte(circa 250 euro) assolutamente esorbitante.

There may be special areas and rooms of this hotel that warrant some of the reviews I’ve read, but what we encountered was one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in. Hotels in unique tourist locations around the world often suffer the same fate. Management knows that there are limited choices if one wants to spend a night right on the Dead Sea, they know the benefit of location is their primary value and thereby just let their properties deteriorate. The front desk barely speaks English, is ill informed about most anything in the hotel and hands out keys. The room was FILTHY AND DISGUSTING, as in making you want to shower twice after leaving to get rid of that feeling. Bed sheets torn and dirty, 1 towel per person, AC that you can set to anything but won’t cool the room below 24 C, broken and stained balcony chairs and not so much as a bottle of water. The front door frame seemed ready to fall off the wall. Then the toilet broke (not ideal when one of us likely got sick from the buffet) and the hotel phone stopped working so it was impossible to call for help other than go down to the lobby. In all fairness, the staff was very responsive with regard to fixing the toilet and bringing towels. AC…no chance. Then let’s not forget the fire alarm in the middle of the night. With no phone, you couldn’t call to confirm if it was a real emergency. We trusted that since we were in Israel, if there were a real emergency we would have known it clearly…hopefully that was a good bet. The buffet had tons of food but I guess we are all now (via Covid) conditioned to certain levels of food safety and sanitation. All for good reason. Not at the David. Hundreds of people and kids touching, handling, breathing, coughing and in some cases sneezing directly on the food. Disgusting. This may have been a nice place in the 80’s, which sadly might have been the last time management out any money into The David. One Star is because the staff seemed responsive to some room issues (the dining room staff seemed bored and as if they really wished the guests would just go home) and the location. However a tent with a boxed lunch on the beach would offer the same or better location benefit. I don’t know if all of the hotels in this area are the same, but I’d never suggest anyone stay at The David. If the others are similar, then I’d vote for a drive by, take a dip/float and move on.

7701sandromL'albergo di per sé è datato, noi avevamo speso qualcosa in più per avere una matrimoniale, ma il letto aveva due materassi, invece di uno matrimoniale. L'hotel ha anche una piscina, abbastanza grande. Le camere sono datate. Ed il personale della reception non era molto professionale, escluso i due ragazzi uno biondo con i capelli lunghi ed uno con i capelli corti moro, che parlavano russo perfettamente. Il punto forte era il ristorante infatti la mia 4 stella è per questo, la cena è le colazioni erano a buffet, con vasta scelta di piatti caldi e freddi frutta e dolci, tutto veramente buono. E vorrei ringraziare il cuoco alto con gli occhiali. Il prezzo dell'hotel era il più basso quindi per godersi due giorni del mar morto,va bene.
