Choosing this hotel was a spontaneous decision, but it ended up being a delightful surprise. It even made me decide to extend my stay at 3 a.m., and I convinced my friend, who had already booked another hotel, to switch to this one. We arrived in Jiangmen at 12:30 a.m. and found that this was a brand-new hotel. There were ample parking spaces in the two underground garage levels. The entire staff, including Jason, Bella, Susie, William, Coco, and others, provided us with a very welcoming service, truly making guests feel at home. The lobby had a welcome spread of fruits and drinks, and it was clean and bright. The room layout was well thought out, spacious, and tidy. The hotel amenities were eco-friendly without compromising on luxury. The breakfast was nutritious and delicious, even making someone like me who doesn't usually eat breakfast have quite a bit. The staff were warm, sincere, and genuinely listened to guest feedback. Both my family and friends agree that this team has greatly increased our affection for the Poltton brand. Jiangmen is traditionally known as a home for overseas Chinese, and many come back to visit their families. I must say, the hotel's family-style service model was refreshing and made a great impression. I've already recommended it to many of my overseas relatives and friends. I sincerely wish you to keep your original intentions and continue to improve. Keep up the good work! 选择这家酒店是一个临时起意的决定，没想到却带来了很大的惊喜，甚至让我在凌晨3点决定加定一晚，并让原本已经订好其他酒店的好友也改定在这里。半夜12点半才到的江门，发现这是一家全新的酒店，地下两层车库有充足的停车位，全体工作人员，包括Jason，Bella，Susie，William，Coco等一众员工都给我们提供了非常welcoming的服务，确确实实让客人感到宾至如归。大堂会有欢迎入住的水果和饮品，干净明亮，房间空间布局合理，敞亮整洁。酒店用品环保又不失高档的感觉，早餐营养美味，让不爱吃早餐的我也吃了不少。工作人员热情、诚恳且虚心聆听客人的反馈，我和家人朋友都认为这个team让我们对铂顿这个品牌攒足好感度。江门本来就是侨都，会有很多来自海外的华人回来探亲，可以说这家酒店这种家庭式管家的模式让人耳目一新且好感倍增。已推荐给身边一众海外亲友。真心祝愿你们保持初心，越做越好。加油！

Booked 3 nights at this hotel with breakfast and it well worth. Clean and spacious room & good facilities. Its also convenient with a shopping mall right next door! The buffet breakfast comes with a good selection & the restaurant staff provided very good services. They even helped us to heat up the food that we bought from outside & are very attentive to our needs.

Fantastic service provided by the service staffs at the reception areas during check-in, check-out and making other enquiries to interesting places. Very helpful, professional and a lot of patience.

Generally it’s ok and it’s not the first time we stayed over there. What I can say is , even though we selected the non smoking room , the room has been used by smoker before. Hence it’s cigar smell. Apart from this , the drainage is very bad. We have complained from time to time before. And this hotel looks very nice but indeed when you use it , it’s not that user friendly. I would like to say to the owner , don’t only focus on the outlook. Inside is very important

前台姐姐服務態度很熱情，周到細心，步行去啟明裡、三十三墟街都特別近，酒店3樓有免費洗衣房還可以晾曬很大🌞這個很棒不再需要掛房間吹空調了！房間跟網上圖片一樣，洗漱用品齊全，房間電視還可以投屏，衞生也乾淨整潔，大堂還有免費茶水可以喝，這次體驗很nice江門很好，下次還來！

我們在這家酒店頂樓（六樓）兩房一廳住了兩晚三天，總結一下對酒店的評價。 先説優點：首先酒店的外部景觀非常優美，特別是在六樓頂樓觀賞很舒服；其次是酒店頂樓的露台很實用，可以圍爐煮茶，觀賞日出，大大的温泉池泡温泉很舒服，温泉水非常好，皮膚都滑溜溜的，我們都沒有去古兜温泉谷泡温泉；然後是酒店周邊遊玩的項目也很多，古兜湖人徑、古兜温泉谷和財神纜車等等，基本不用出古兜温泉就可以玩兩三天；最後是古兜温泉有很多飲食店，離都付斛海鮮街二十分鐘車程，買海鮮加工，簡直是完美！！ 再説説缺點：第一我們認為酒店的外部景觀值房費的七成，剩下的佔三成；第二是酒店的裝修風格很簡約，裝修設計不是很科學用起來不大方便，不是我們喜歡的類型；第三酒店的早餐很一般，酒店説是可以在一樓吃早餐，不過非常建議客人在房間吃，還説九宮格早餐不錯的，可是送到房間的食物都冷了也不好吃，我們立馬要求第二天在一樓吃早餐，酒店態度不錯，立馬安排我們去皇家SAP酒店吃，卻在吃早餐當天9:38才告訴早餐是在10點鐘結束。第四酒店房間裝修、設施、用料都很一般，窗紗都被撕爛也沒更換，因為房費就擺在那裡，雙人套房的房費是1000元左右（酒店房間全是套房），我們訂的兩房一廳是2300多元，這可是五星級酒店的收費啊！第五是酒店的服務員態度很現實，我們去酒店前跟攜程溝通好，有可能住兩個晚上就退房（通過這事以後要堅定地幫襯攜程），我們住了一個晚上後申請第三個晚上不續住，服務員的好態度立馬180度改變，對待我們冷冷淡淡令人很不舒服。

Aprire il viaggio per vedere l'hotel di Weiman, non e'buono, ho ordinato. La posizione è al punto di strada molto visibile della città, e il parcheggio gratuito. Il piccolo Yu sulla reception è molto entusiasta. Non adore la sua risposta alla mia domanda. Per favore, il leader dell'hotel di Weiman aggiunge una gamba di pollo per lei, Grazie per avermi aiutato a aggiornare la stanza con le finestre sulla strada, mi ha fatto dormire profondamente tutta la notte. 設施：是老酒店，設備有一定問題，但前台姐姐跟保潔阿姨都很積極解決 環境：很好，有個陽台，為吸煙人士隔離出了合適的地方，停車很自由，有接駁車去温泉谷 服務：特別誇一下保潔阿姨，笑容温暖，態度熱情，給我們旅途添加超多好回憶👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

冬天給自己安排的第一場温泉之旅，就是過來江門古兜皇家SPA酒店！省內温泉酒店很多，新開的温泉酒店鱗次櫛比，但泡温泉還是要選擇老牌，更安心⭐️廣州一個半小時的車程就能到，酒店環境十分贊，綠樹環繞。房間寬敞，風格古樸，陽台上就能看到整個温泉谷。下樓就可以進入温泉谷，入住酒店房卡就可以無限次的進去古兜温泉裏面，温泉區有很多池，私密性高，環境清幽。可能因為在 新會，很多陳皮元素，地方特色滿滿。温泉區還有地熱，汗蒸，濕蒸，魚療等等，可以在這裏體驗不同養生泡法。温泉區還設定了很多打卡出片地，還有熱帶雨林體驗區，喜歡拍照的姐妹真的有福了！ 第二天我們早餐結束後，繼續在景區裏玩了半天，景區有玻璃橋/財神山纜車/和遊船，遊玩種類豐富，一家老小都玩得很開心。 當然，必須要説的就是，酒店開業時間比較久，房間裝修會老派一點，追求精緻裝修的就不推薦了。另外就是酒店早餐，比較簡單，能吃飽，種類不多。酒店在古兜景區最大的優勢，就是裏温泉谷最近，下樓就是，這個天氣泡温泉最舒服！
