Buono x notte prima di un volo mattiniero Direi adatto per la notte prima di una partenza aerea hanno la navetta che ogni 30 minuti ti porta e ti “raccoglie” dall’aeroporto 5 minuti. In 4 camera essenziale ma con moquette e questa mi lascia l’igiene sempre un po’ bassa. Bagno senza bidet né doccino. Colazione insufficiente e in una struttura del genere non possono non avere macchina di scorta se una non funziona x succo o altra bevanda. Dire molto arraffoni per 28$ tenere l’auto nel parcheggio dell hotel. Qualità/prezzo alto.

Stayed here for 7 nights and had a great stay! The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly throughout the stay. The suites were lovely with comfortable king sized beds, large showers and decent overall space. The included breakfast is adequate with a decent selection of hot food, cereals and drinks. Would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing for easy access to the airport.

This is a great hotel very well managed. It is spotless and although 10 years old , plus it hides its age very well. We had a couple of hiccups, but the staff was very attentive and worked hard to find mutually beneficial solutions. I was very impressed with their commitment to customer service. You can tell it is an integral part of their staff DNA. We arrived early but they were able to let us check in early. We were there for a few days, and I was very impressed with the breakfast offerings as they had many choices of fresh fruit and rotated the egg and protein offerings. They have a large breakfast area. I didn't use the pool as there were many kids there when we were there, but the gym was well equipped and well maintained. It is a bit if a drive out from the downtown, but very close to the Avalon Mall. This is hotel is good value and you won't go wrong staying here. A superior Fairfield property I would highly recommend.

Il servizio non è stato grande per il livello di cibo, nessun controllo di qualità per i prodotti alimentari e l'assunzione di vetro vuoto è stato lasciato sulle tavole fino alla fine del pasto.

Well located. Upon entering the hotel, the first impression was that cleaning was not one of their top priorities. The hotel lobby windows were dirty, and there was garbage in the stairwells. Get to our room. Nice big rooms. Beds seemed like they were clean. The bathroom vanity wall was full of dry soap/toothpaste splatter. The shower had mold and mildew on the bottom tracks of the sliding doors and also on the grout and caulking. The closet door tracks were also very dirty. There definitely needs to be more effort into cleaning the rooms and the hotel. I would check out a Hilton for a few more bucks.

Il nostro gruppo di autobus è rimasto nel Delta per 4 notti. Mio marito non si sentiva bene e voleva solo mangiare uova e tosta. La cucina e i server erano molto accoglienti. Peggy e Pauline, che hanno lavorato il buffet del colazione, sono stati fenomenali e ho apprezzato la loro gentilezza.

AafshangoreVery nice hotel , waking distance from harbor and downtown, big nice and clean room with big windows we booked the harbor view room, we get the sunrise and sunset view from the room , we got the chance to see the princess cruise ship from the window , platinum members will get breakfast in the lounge, lounge opens 24/7 , we were very happy with our stay, there are lot of restaurants and souvenir shops in downtown area , lot of things to do in harbor area and everything is close to the hotel, tour desk also inside the hotel, good customer service, highly recommend

Stayed in the Superior King Deluxe room over the weekend and it unfortunately was no where near the experience we were hoping for. Upon arrival we headed to our room to relax and watch some TV before heading out for dinner. However the cable box did not turn on for the TV so we ended up having to just watch something on our phones while we got ready. When we were leaving to go to dinner we mentioned to the guy at the front desk about the TV which he argued that we were doing it wrong however I know how to work a TV and this one was not working, thank fully that part was fixed by the time we returned however we returned to a random electrical cord now sitting on our bed. When we got back to the hotel after dinner and drinks we decided we would relax in the jacuzzi tub with the fire going. After filling up the tub we tried to turn on the lights and the jets however neither worked, the lights on the control panel would turn on but nothing would happen. Attempted to trouble shoot with the instructions they gave us at checkin but still no luck, so we decided to call the desk for help and got no answer there. Decided whatever as much as that sucks we can still relax in it and have the fireplace on to relax. The fireplace makes the most annoying humming noise though so that was useless to try and relax with. At this point we were so frustrated we decided to just go to sleep in one of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept in that made so much noise at any movement you made. This room and experience was in no way worth the $500 I spent to be there, the room itself was horrible as nothing worked properly and it was impossible to find anyway to actually relax there. Not to mention all the “add ons” I did to the room felt way over priced for what we actually received. Tried to fill out the paper survey they gave at checkin but there was no pen so couldn’t even leave the review of how bad of an experience it was. Was very disappointed all around trying to have a relaxing night out on our vacation in from Alberta just to spend $500 of wasted money. Would definitely not recommend to anyone, can stay at another hotel with a jacuzzi tub for half the price and probably twice the service. Not to mention no water to drink in the room and when we tried to get some from the desk the worker was asleep on a cot. Just bad all around and waste of so much money.

CChris DVery loud and uncomfortable room blankets were scratchy and pillows deflate as soon as you lay down. Wifi requires a Hilton account and then payment otherwise bandwidth is capped and only useful for sending emails. When checking out the agent said no preauthorization was found, I was charged when I checked in, so I was charged twice and no one knows where the money is. Credit card company says it’s on hold with Hilton and Hilton says there’s no such charge/hold. So I’m out money until someone figures out where it went.

Rimasi per alcune notti in luglio come parte di vacanza a St. Johns. Pluses Chiusura all'aeroporto e facile accesso Parcheggio gratuito in sito era in generale pulito. Camera confortevole e cuscini. La nostra stanza era ok in generale. AC se qualcosa era troppo freddo e nessun problema. Silenzio - c'era una ricezione di nozze la notte e non ha sentito niente vicino a camminare. Ma non una lunga guida o camion per arrivare al centro. Per parcheggio di ballo un camion a Quidi Vidi era solo $15 un modo. Molti cabine che aspettano sul sito per le tariffe se hanno bisogno di un cabina Cons Entry ha fumato su entrambi i lati e molte pale di scarico tra i set di porte scivolanti. Le palle sono sempre in acqua, le palle di sigaretta sono in acqua e devono camminare attraverso il fumo ogni volta. La doccia aveva un sacco di capelli lunghi quando arrivava in un muro e bottiglia di sapone - puliti prima che il marito li vide. La sostituzione del caffè varia ogni giorno a volte in pochi pezzi e altre volte in pochi pezzi in crema. C'è un grande posto di caffè/ciocolata a pochi isolati di distanza che vale la pena il viaggio per la mattina Java Balcony era un cemento grigio sporco con niente da sedere. Un buon lavaggio di energia e un paio di sedie da patio decente potrebbero fare una differenza. Non c'è altro posto vicino per cena e bevande tardi, appena fatto l'ultima chiamata per la cena. Kudos al personale per servirci con solo 20 minuti di distanza nel loro giorno. In generale - era un vecchio Holiday Inn, piuttosto standard/ basilare in generale, ma abbiamo solo bisogno di un posto per dormire per poche notti e era ok.
