Property location good property is not maintained, ac broken, bathroom fixtures broken food okay. Friendly staff.

The property was not maintained properly. Room was not cleaned, and it looked like it was not cleaned for years.

The location is good and service is also good but only one is the taste of food, that is not up to the mark for the money we pay

No one picks up the phone in the reception during the stay. Very badly maintained bathroom with no tissue paper which is bare minimum need. Bedsheet were dirty and needs renovation of the property badly.

We had a terrible experience with this property. Booked duplex ac room. Ac was not working, room was dirty and uncleaned, tiles were broken. Changed the room upon request still ac found not working, again changed as bathroom taps were electrified and we got shock. Worst service, under staffed and property not maintained at all.

We reached early and asked if we could wait on the resort premises and was told no. They keep disturbing you by knocking on the door when your asleep. They have no idea what hospitality means at all. They have very rude staff working in the kitchen and when you order food to the room and request for more they say ohh again i have to go back and come again. The room is good and so is the view. It's sad that such a good place has such bad staff.

Not well maintained. Frequent power failures, late response and breakfast served at 10am. No proper switch board

Too much ciggerate smoke smell filled in room, bed spread was dirty, balcony was also very dirty, bed was not good. Those bed sheet and spreads were cleaned before 6months i think. Also food was not good, i have got loose motions and health become upset. Washroom was very dirty
