Ho soggiornato in questo hotel diverse volte per affari. Mi ha deluso questo soggiorno basato sul bagno non spruzzando e quando ho chiamato il desk, lei ha consigliato che la manutenzione sarebbe stata inviata, dopo aver aspettato 20 minuti ho chiamato indietro e mi è stato detto che dovremmo andare in un altro locale senza essere. sono stati chiamati prima di seguire il mio telefono per vedere quanto tempo ci vorrà per la manutenzione. It's 10PM and I'm arriving in Shreveport for my dad's surgery in the morning. I called the Hilton to confirm that the hotel knew I was arriving late, and I was informed by the front desk clerk that they were oversold and did not have a room for me, but that they would walk me down the street to another hotel that was used for their overflow. I asked if it was equivalent to the Hilton in ratings. The answer was no. The reviews for the other location were terrible. When I asked why I was not notified that they had no rooms, the desk clerk responded that the day shift must have been busy. So was I!! I told him I was not comfortable with the ratings of the other hotel and their reviews for cleanliness were not good. I asked if there were other options? The response was, ”No, but if you want to cancel I can refund your money.” I told him that was really nice - especially since they didn't have a room for me. Seriously?!?!!!! Done with Hilton. I frequent the Omni and Hyatt for both work and pleasure weekly and never has this happened. Really disappointing and super frustrating - not to mention inconvenient as I'm trying to find another locations to stay. So much for customer service and reservations. Thank you Marriott for coming to the rescue and even offering a discount.

In generale per il denaro è un hotel solido. Basta posti per sedersi e colpire più una super stazione di gas pronta. Le persone che lavorano là sono piuttosto fredde. Non un hotel amico di animali domestici a tutti, ma oltre a quello per meno di 100 dollari vale la pena

La stanza era abominabile! Anche con il basso tasso di notte che ho ottenuto, era orribile! Se è questo che Wyndham vuole rip, è arrivato a un nuovo basso! Vediamo dove comincio: il telefono era completamente morto per me per informare che la TV non funzionava E che la TV remota non aveva indietro per tenere le batterie in. Quindi ho dovuto andare all'ufficio dove gli uomini di manutenzione appena accadde. Vengono a ”fixare” la TV, che aveva la foto più granulosa che abbia mai visto, mai! Alcuni canali erano così cattivi che non potevo nemmeno guardarli. Il loro ”riparare” per la mancanza di una copertina di batteria era prendere un chiaro nastro di imballaggio e involgere Il più bello per la fine, come il giorno dopo, quando andai a fare una doccia, ho notato che il porcellano nel doccia era un po' marcato come se fosse 30 anni, al punto di essere disgustoso guardare, MA, tenere il respiro, Poi noto che molti capelli si sono bloccati al fondo del tubo, DELLE ALTRE SERVE UMANE! GROSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!! OMG! Ho dovuto lavarmi e lavarmi per ottenere quei capelli neri corti di digerenza fuori dal tubo, così potevo prendere una doccia e ottenere il F fuori dal fosso di una stanza! Ho delle foto da documentare se sei anche interessato!? Non posso nemmeno dare all'hotel uno su dieci!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds are extremely comfortable and the breakfast has a nice variety of food. They kept everything out fresh. Room and hotel was very clean and well maintained. Will definitely stay here again.
