Lovely delicious food. Warm hospitable courteous staff and managers. Proper guidance nice behaviour. The dishes were promptly refilled . The sitting arrangment is cozy comfortable We all the time felt we are welcom e Will like to revisit

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Friendly staff. Good facilities and location. Didn't expect Bhangra music in the bar, though. Nothing against the genre, just a surprise in Shimoga 😁 Flooring in the room is coming apart with exposed nails, could be dangerous if you're barefoot

Courteous staff and ambience is very good. Rooms are very clean and all ground staff including restaurant employees were very cooperative. Front desk staff always very helpful and giving all sort of information you need eg Destination’s to be traveled etc

Giving 1 star is being generous for the terrible experience at The Fern Shimoga on May 13th. After a long drive, I walked into a room with a broken AC not cooling properly. It took over 30 minutes and multiple requests for any staff to show up, and the manager wouldn't even address the issue. When someone finally came to the room, instead of fixing the AC they just turned up the temperature even higher! I requested a room change and had to relocate my entire family with 2 young kids into the hallway with our luggage during this chaos. Absolutely unacceptable service from start to finish at a brand like The Fern. This was by far the worst hotel experience of my life and I am demanding compensation, though I have little faith it will be properly addressed based on the shockingly poor service we received. Save yourself and stay away from this property!

Very neatly maintained property. Breakfast & ambience was very good. Service is very good.. Staff persons are very polite. Only thing is we booked 3 rooms for 2 nights & mentioned non smoking rooms but they provided one smoking room ,still we managed with that.

PROS: Ecofriendly Clean Hot water round the clock Prompt response when problems arise Free WiFi CONS: Quite far from the centre of the city Concierge not helpful when guiding people who drive down to the hotel Huge let down was the breakfast spread -bad ; waiters took forever to bring basic items to the table such as fried eggs Fitness center was not functioning No grocery shop near by to visit No travel desk - no guidance on local tourist spots Even if the room charges are for 3 people , the amenities kept such as towels or soaps is for one occupant

The hotel was excellent!!!! The ambience ..the staff ..the service...the food...room maintanance...everything just superb!!!! We went during divali time..enjoyed the Puja time too in the hotel. Met Mr Harsha and his father!!! I recommend this hotel for everyone..I dint find this as expensive!!!

House keeping was rlly gud with laboni responding very quickly and clean rooms and everything done harsha the fern staff are really friendly. We will come aging. SWIMMING POOL NICE, view nice. . .......................... thank you harsha team. .
