I was disappointed with the whole experience.
To reach the hotel, we had to navigate a long, poorly lit, and narrow road that felt extremely unsafe at night. It was a nerve-wracking journey each time we went out and came back – not at all the relaxing or convenient access you’d expect for a hotel.
First, the room was far from what I expected based on the photos. It was small and had an unpleasant musty smell. The bedding didn’t seem clean, and the sheets had noticeable stains. The bathroom was even worse; there was mold in the corners of the shower,the soap and shampoo pumps were not in working condition and the towels looked worn and brown in colour (they were white towels)
Dining experience wasn't great at all either as the options were limited.
Overall, between the terrifying access road and the hotel’s lack of cleanliness and upkeep, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Clean,quiet and comfy ..Views from the hotel as well as from room is amazing.. food was good and the staff was cooperative and helpful..thanks to the staff for making our stay beutiful and amazing Tip: Don't miss the sunrise from hotel garden..

The hotel is having an amazing view and away from city hustles. The staff is very cooperative and supportive. They took special care for my 3 years daughter as she was having cold and they provided all what we requested. The breakfast buffet was amazing. In short it was an amazing experience for us.

Right from the moment we stepped into the hotel till the moment we left, the stay was pure comfort. Narain greeted us at the reception and answered all our queries and doubts. We were upgraded to a bigger room (Junior Suite) with a wonderful balcony and an enchanting view. The dining areas (Pinxx and 360 Revolving) were large and well planned to showcase the entire hilly view. The attendants in the restaurant, specially Diksha, greeted us with smile and went out of their ways to ensure there was no lack in service. Special mention for Chef Vikas. Every food item that we tried was amazingly delicious. I could just stay in that place over and over again only to relish his delicacies.

Regenta Awesome property. Nice location and food quality is great.shimla night view from here geat and hotel staff is good & take caring. Head schef vikas sharma food preparation is awesome and service girl Diksha service very good. Iam came again with my family

Excellent service and brilliant food taste and experience was so amazing.specially thanks to dikshna and Atul. the gesture very good and helpful. The breakfast was very good and healthy and menu Is to fabulous and tasty. I enjoyed a lots and hopefully we r came again as soon as possible

Hotel is at very good location view is good .and ms diksha is very attentive she make my experience excellent the view was good in my room Shimla is the beautiful city in Himalayas. I am thankful for all staff members 🙏🙏🙏🙏 oi 🙏🙏🙏🙏 oi 🙏🙏
