The property is totally different from what it is mentioned . For example; we paid higher amount for this resort thinking that it is premium and ac but the rooms provided didn’t have ac. We visited last week in jun e and the temperature was so hot. Despite paying for ac room we didn’t get ac room. Now let’s come to facilities, none of the facilities were working. The swimming pool didn’t have water. The resort didn’t have boundary and had too many other village homes around. The food was good quality but the portions were small and arrived too late. A salad bowl worth two hundred rupees had 4 slices of cucumber, tomato and onion each. Lastly, we arrived at sharp 2 pm but we were allotted only one room but rest two rooms allotted at 4:30pm. Overall the staff is careless and property doesn’t offer what we see in the photos or descriptions. Avoid if you do not want to spoil your vacation.

Experience was not good we have been asked to wait for check in as room was not ready they done even have a good waiting area. The breakfast provided in morning lacks quality and also options was very less. Need a lot of improvement.

Electricity problem, rooms cleanliness, room service was really slow, availability of items already mentioned in the menu.

Absolutely outstanding resort perfectly located, just perfect for that serene, close to nature break we needed... Unwind with refreshing laps in the crystal-clear swimming pool.rRefresh yourself with a leisurely walk in the lush green garden. delight your senses with lip-smacking dishes at the in-house restaurant. Great food, superb views from room as well as the lawn, friendly and humble staff.. this place has got very good vibes, so serene and calm almost like meditative feeling... we totally loved our stay, the bonfire with an awesome view. But it will be best in summer if have the yoga session in the lawn.. Anyone who loves hills and nature and wants to be away from the chaos and fast city life, Flag House Resort is a must visit place!!

It is located in secluded area in middle of hills, cottages were properly maintained with all amenities. Food was nice and resort staff was attentive to any requests of guests.
