One of the worst experiences- poor hospitality rude staff… seems they have received no training on how to treat the customers. Rooms were small and dirty … only saving grace was connectivity to the mall road. Food was expensive and bad … overall pathetic expo

Very poor service.. Food was cold. Hot chocolate fudge was not even warm .Don't visit this place.. I had dinner on 25th December in seventh heaven restaurant of this hotel and it has very poor service.. the service person namer ROSHAN was very poor at service.. doesn't know how to talk to guests.. as I m a localite I recomend u to plz take this person out of ur property.. I have reviewed this hotel as soon as I paid my bill.as a localite I recomend u not to visit at least this hotel.. thanks

The hotel has one of the best locations in Shimla. While it can be approached by car from the city lift side, its eighth floor also opens out on the Mall Road. It has its own lift, and the attendants take care of your luggage for check in and check out. It also has its own brewery and its restaurant has an open wing where one can sit under the sky and view the city lights below. The restaurant staff was very courteous, and special mention is due to Ms Kiran, who was very courteous and helpful.

Very conveniently located specially if you are with children and have a car. They have valet parking(paid) , drop your car at the designated place near the public lift/parking , walk 50 mtrs for their lift which will take you up the hotel. Hotel lifts also take you up to the Mall Road which makes it very easy to enjoy Mall Road and you can make multiple trips if you like. Didn’t like the breakfast spread though. While the staff was quite supportive, options were limited for a hotel of such status and which boasts of classy brewhouse and restaurant/cafe. Rooms are decent though the property is old. We stayed in Combermere luxury which was quite spacious. Extra bed is just a mattress on the floor so keep your expectations right.( we were a bit disappointed). Will visit them again.

Hotel cumber-mere having its own lift to the mall road and some good food helps if you want to explore shimla’s mall road and ridge area. The staff is courteous and rooms are nice. It’s a bit of a maze to navigate inside the hotel but it’s not too much of a pain

Property is at great location with great menu. But their basics of hospitality is not clear, staff is very unwelcoming. They do not serve pizza in room dinning. View from the room is being blocked by other building nearby. Overall not a value for money deal. But given shimla is itself hyped and over priced. Like 80rs for 1pc. Kulcha chola from street side. The tarrif can be justified. Would prefer not to visit shimla again. No thx

I went for a spa here , It was like 4/10 , Therapist 5/10 , no fresh body wash or shampoo ,Not even a loofa was there. Such a dirty n torn Gown . I didnt like it much . I dont know what kinda oil they used. I am staying here for next 2 days (already bookings were done ) rooms are also over priced . Luxury= 0

The soups and breads at the restaurant are good but the ambiance is pathetic. As soon as you step out of the brew house you can see undergarments and clothes hanging on the balcony of the hotel rooms which sets up a very bad sight. Staff is totally ignorant . Should do something about it.
