One of the worst properties in shimla. Really unprofessional, rude and arrogant staff and managers. Very poor quality and lacks standards in everything. Even a road side motel is better than this property. Definitely skip this if you don't want to get insulted.

The stay was lovely, loved the breakfast which was included. The place was clean and very close to the train station, and subway. Enjoyed the stay. Attention was fantastic. Rooms were very very good and Breakfast with nice variety. Very helpfull and kind staff. Good service. Nice and clean accomodations. Highly recommendable hotel.

Location is super. Away from all crowd. You can enjoy magic of nature from here. View is excellent from resort. Sit in lawn and enjoy.Food is delicious. On time breakfast and dinner.Staff is excellent.

The service provided by the hotel was excellent. The food is tasty and good in quantity as well. The view from the room is brilliant.The location was very good and ambience was nice. Room services were excellent and they have attended to our request immediately.....
