Hotel in zona Zhaojun Tombs, Shenzhen

very good located and for the price very good. Not expect a hotel like lobby and parking, front space. more like serviced apar**ent.

The service was excellent. The staff friendly and helpful. The hotel could benefit of redecoration of the guestrooms, as it's showing wear. Electrical outlets should be updated and the lighting could be separated for various times of use, such as bright, or subdued lighting. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of offerings, well presented.

This is my second trip to Shenzhen in the past 20 years, and my friend (who I call Gege) has recommended this hotel. My flight was late at night; the receptionist barely understands English, but they love to help. My room was on the 4th floor. It was a mini single room type, but it has every facility I need. The room is clean—not that new, but more spacious than I thought. The only thing they don't provide here in this room type is a refrigerator. But it is fine with me. The breakfast is lovely. I tried everything except the congee because I didn't know how to order it. Oh, but you need to ask for the ”zhāo cháng quán” at the reception counter if you book the room that includes breakfast. It will serve from 7.30 a.m. until around 10 a.m.   I love the location of this hotel so much. It is located on the beautiful boulevard and just a few minutes away from OCT Loft, the art square. Lawson is just around the corner, as is the pharmacy, as well as some local restaurants. The Qiaocheng East Metro station is about 7 minutes away, but walking along the boulevard makes it feel like 3 minutes to me. The housekeepers are nice. Actually, everyone at the hotel is. I mentioned the housekeeper because she cleans my room every day, and that's what I need from coming back to travel for a whole day, but I feel that it was extra clean as she changed my towel and put in new, clean amenities for me every day. I tried to communicate with her on my third day and showed her my appreciation for her work. On my last day of staying at this hotel, I left a note on the bed, written in my bad handwriting in Chinese. I hope she will find it. The receptionist on that day also helped me call a taxi when my phone application was not working.   I love everything in this hotel. The price is reasonable. I won't say cheap. You get what you pay for, and for me, I got a little more than I expected. I'll be back once every year and will definitely book this hotel again.   If you are a solo traveler and looking for a lovely hotel in a nice location, not as busy in the city, and love the arts and a bit of strolling on the greenery boulevard, then H'Life Hotel (OCT Loft) or Huali Hotel is what you need. And booking with Trip.com is my best choice. My flight was cancelled once when the typhoon hit Shenzhen early this month. I had to cancel at the last minute, but I booked it with the free cancellation option. So, all was well. I got the refund later and then booked it again in the next 2 weeks. So please keep your good quality and maintain this standard, and then I will come back and recommend people come here too. See you again next year!

Se vuoi avere una chiamata o un incontro, puoi usare il soggiorno. In questo ostello, le camere hanno due letti per persona. Le camere sono normali, non molto moda o moderna. La pulizia è normale, ma non puzza.In generale, è una grande opportunità di esplorare Shenzhen.

My family and I had a lovely stay at the hotel thanks to the staff Candy and Becky! The hotel itself is very kids-friendly and greatly located in the city center of Shenzhen. The service of the staff were extremely helpful and was the highlight of our stay. Candy and Becky were proactively offering help to our family to make sure our stay was smooth and our kid got to enjoy the holiday. They were responsive and went the extra mile to meet the different needs of our family members. The service was generally heartwarming and helpful and we would love to stay at the hotel again mostly because of the service!

L'hotel nel distretto di OCT. è difficile trovare l'hotel con la macchina. Quindi devi davvero conoscere la strada alla porta anteriore dell'hotel. La posizione è lontana dalla metropolitana. Forse circa 20 minuti a piedi. Nel quartiere ci sono un sacco di taxi. È facile ottenere un taxi per andare ovunque. L'hotel è pulito, un po' vecchio, ma ancora abbastanza pulito da essere considerato ben mantenuto. Forse la mia stanza è stata migliorata. La stanza è molto grande. Il letto è abbastanza comodo, ma per me un po' troppo duro. In questo quartiere gli hotel sono un po' costosi per la qualità che si ottiene, ma rispetto ad altri hotel nella stessa zona, è per ora il meglio per i soldi che si spendono.

The price is pretty affirdable. Nice sea view and comfortable bed.

Hotel meraviglioso!Abbiamo prenotato una stanza con accesso allo studio e il salone è il fattore di wow! Non è affollato, servizio politico e una grande varietà di cibo delizioso! Tornerò di nuovo! C'è anche un centro commerciale che collega l'hotel rende tutto grande!!

È sicuramente un soggiorno accogliente e spazioso! 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana, e i ristoranti lungo le strade lo rendono ancora meglio.
