E' davvero super, il prezzo delle cose è buono, e il prezzo delle cose è molto buono!L'atteggiamento del servizio della reception non è detto, la stanza è molto grande e spaziosa, la stanza è molto tranquilla, questa posizione non è sul lato della strada, è davvero tranquilla nel cibo, vicino a un grande centro commerciale per pochi minuti, e il cibo e il bevanda sono molto conveniente!

A great place located in the Southwestern part of Shenzhen. The rooms are clean and bright, and they really enforce the non-smoke policy, unlike other places in China. There is also a laundry machine and a dryer which is very convenient. The service of this place is the highlight. My mom forgot her watch when we checked out. The staff called me and they sent it to our stay in Shangri-La. Thank you very much!

Il desk e la stanza erano eccellenti.
Ma la custodia era molto insufficiente; dopo aver pulito la stanza, non mettevano nuovi asciugamani, e quando chiesemo di trovare nuovi, ci voleva molto tempo per arrivare. Abbiamo anche prenotato tre persone per la stanza, e hanno lasciato solo due piastrelle e due bottiglie d'acqua.
La posizione è probabilmente la peggiore. È molto lontano da ovunque, non ci sono buoni ristoranti intorno, quasi nessun taxi può essere salutato vicino, e si deve prendere l'autobus per arrivare alla stazione di metro o camminare per 20 minuti.

First time to stay in Hyatt Place and promoted to a newly renovated room at a high level floor. It’s very tidy and clean especially the lighting in room is very bright which made me feel comfortable.
When I first stepped into the hotel the receptionist gave me a passionate service whose name is Rebecca Zhao. She greeted me with a hotel gift because it’s so coincidentally that April 8 is Hyatt Place 8th anniversary. Feel very comfortable in Hyatt Place though just one night. Will pick it as my accommodation when I am traveling to Shenzhen. In near future.

This hotel is freshly renovated, the rooms are in excellent condition. The only problem is perhaps at breakfast because there are not many western cuisines to choose from. There are no pancakes and scrambled eggs and so on- if this is a must for you. Perfect location, near to the airport, and the checking in and out is not a hassel. The staff only speak Chinese, so ensure you have a translation app to help. I would definiately book again though. My stay was excellent.

The hotel amenities is quite good and worth its price. Location located beside convenient store, so easy to buy food and snacks. Not sure for tourist attraction nearby, but its really close to the airport! And the airport transfer is provided by the hotel for free plus its really reliable. You can claim up to certain amount if u book private taxi depends on your own time.

Location:
This hotel is located in a strategic spot with convenient access to anywhere in the city. The nearest MRT station is HuangGangCun Station, with three exits (C1, C2, and D) right in front of the hotel. If you have luggage, use exit C2, which has an escalator to the main street leading to the hotel. Be aware that there is no elevator going down to the station, so it’s easier to use the stairs from exit D for luggage. Alternatively, you can walk to the right side of the hotel and use the zebra crossing to find exit A with an escalator, which requires an 8-10 minute walk without shade. On the left side of the hotel, a 5-minute walk will take you to FuMin Station, exit C, near Ji Hotel. There are many restaurants and a local night market nearby, as well as a Starbucks and convenience store in the compound.
Room:
It got all you need. The room had a strong AC. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was the smart toilet and separate shower and basin. Everything is controlled via a smart panel board. They upgraded my room for free, which had spacious space and a great city view of Shenzhen’s iconic building. The room included a free minibar with beer, tea equipment, a big LED screen TV, and a XiaoDu device for music and forecasts. Amenities included an iron and ironing board, toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash, comb, razor, cotton earbuds, a powerful hairdryer, comfortable bathrobe and slippers, clean towels and blanket, a recycled bag, shower cream, conditioner, shampoo, lotion, handwash, tissues box, water bottle and etc. The hotel also provides free laundry and dry service, a comfortable king-size bed and pillows, and bright rooms with good sunlight and lighting. My room is at Floor#18. Excellent soundproofing.
Shower:
The shower had strong water pressure and 24-hour hot water with quick heat-up.
Smart Toilet:
The smart toilet was excellent.
Extended Stay:
I extended my stay for another two nights. I love this hotel. Bar streets and a mall near Exhibition MRT Station are just one stop away from HuangGangCun Station. A Didi/taxi ride back to the hotel at night costs CNY 16-19 and takes about 10 minutes.
From hotel to FuTian High-Speed Train Station:
It’s only 9-12 minutes by MRT from this hotel, one way trip cost only CNY2/pax. Take MRT line 7 from HuangGang exit D, change to Line 3 at ShiXia to FuTian Station (3 stops), or take Line 4 from FuMin Station exit C directly to ShiMinZhongXin Station exit D (2 stops). I suggest downloading the Amap app for detailed routes in China.
Service:
The receptionist and housekeeping staff are friendly and willing to accommodate any issues at any time. They clean the room every day without reminders, refill amenities daily, and provide laundry service, including folding, within a day. They also offer breakfast for an additional fare.
Additional Services:
You can order food and shop online, and request the seller to send deliveries to this hotel by informing the front desk in advance. The staff will use a robot to deliver your parcel directly to your door.
If you have a local phone number, you can register as a member to receive better offers directly from the hotel.
I would definitely come back again.

YYui KeungA great stay as it had been for us the last time we were there in July for the first time. A very nice hotel indeed with friendly staff. The hotel is sparkling clean. Breakfast was very good. A brand new mall next to the hotel just opened up with great food and shopping just minutes away. We loved the self-help laundry service and enjoyed our stay overall for the second time there. Will definitely book again.

Il materasso è molto comodo L'edificio principale Lo scenario è molto buono. Inizialmente ho acquistato il pacchetto Yinghai Pavilion nell'area amministrativa questa volta. Ho prenotato temporaneamente l'edificio principale per provarlo. L'ambiente è migliore rispetto alle recensioni online. Il le strutture della piscina al piano di sotto sono relativamente grandi e le attività sono molto interessanti.Lodate lo chef che è incaricato di tagliare i noodles per la colazione il 16 settembre, e i noodles per bambini sono tagliati finemente in modo speciale. La scelta della cena a buffet era un po' limitata, non particolarmente colpita dal cibo. I piccoli dettagli della camera devono ancora essere migliorati. Quando sono tornato in camera ieri sera, ho visto che l'acqua potabile e lo yogurt erano riforniti. Anche se non ho preso l'iniziativa di attivare il servizio di couverture, è arrivato il cameriere dentro e ho visto che la stanza era così caotica e non aiutava a ripulirla.], i bidoni della spazzatura sono pieni. JjayzycGrande struttura di Hyatt, situata in un'area segreta dell'industria IT, ma ancora molto centralizzata per il divertimento e la vista. Molte attrazioni come la ruota di ferris Oh Bay e la finestra del mondo sono in una distanza 30RMB, e la posizione è facile per il pick-up del veicolo. Il personale del Front Desk Jessica (zhouzhou) e Money erano molto attenti e in grado di affrontare tutte le mie domande e problemi molto rapidamente e con precisione. Sicuramente consiglierei agli altri di rimanere qui se desiderano un posto centrale per esplorare la zona di Nanshan e Baoan, o anche se non si importa un piccolo viaggio verso le zone di Futian/Luohu.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel è in un'ottima posizione (stazione Shaibu) con poche uscite della metropolitana a pochi passi di fronte all'hotel. Puoi andare all'uscita B per l'accesso più vicino alla hall dell'hotel. L'accesso alla metropolitana è disponibile anche al livello -B2, dove puoi salire direttamente alla hall dell'hotel. Visitare la cintura commerciale di Laojie è a pochi passi lungo la strada. Estremamente comodo! Di fronte all'hotel si trova il mercato di cibo fresco. Nello stesso edificio dell'hotel, c'è un meraviglioso ristorante cinese al livello 3 che serve superbi piatti di pesce e cucina cantonese. La loro anatra arrosto è il loro piatto pluripremiato! Da provare assolutamente.
Nel complesso un soggiorno molto piacevole in questo hotel. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

ZZeethaThis is my second trip to Shenzhen in the past 20 years, and my friend (who I call Gege) has recommended this hotel. My flight was late at night; the receptionist barely understands English, but they love to help. My room was on the 4th floor. It was a mini single room type, but it has every facility I need. The room is clean—not that new, but more spacious than I thought. The only thing they don't provide here in this room type is a refrigerator. But it is fine with me. The breakfast is lovely. I tried everything except the congee because I didn't know how to order it. Oh, but you need to ask for the ”zhāo cháng quán” at the reception counter if you book the room that includes breakfast. It will serve from 7.30 a.m. until around 10 a.m.
I love the location of this hotel so much. It is located on the beautiful boulevard and just a few minutes away from OCT Loft, the art square. Lawson is just around the corner, as is the pharmacy, as well as some local restaurants. The Qiaocheng East Metro station is about 7 minutes away, but walking along the boulevard makes it feel like 3 minutes to me.
The housekeepers are nice. Actually, everyone at the hotel is. I mentioned the housekeeper because she cleans my room every day, and that's what I need from coming back to travel for a whole day, but I feel that it was extra clean as she changed my towel and put in new, clean amenities for me every day. I tried to communicate with her on my third day and showed her my appreciation for her work.
On my last day of staying at this hotel, I left a note on the bed, written in my bad handwriting in Chinese. I hope she will find it. The receptionist on that day also helped me call a taxi when my phone application was not working.
I love everything in this hotel. The price is reasonable. I won't say cheap. You get what you pay for, and for me, I got a little more than I expected. I'll be back once every year and will definitely book this hotel again.
If you are a solo traveler and looking for a lovely hotel in a nice location, not as busy in the city, and love the arts and a bit of strolling on the greenery boulevard, then H'Life Hotel (OCT Loft) or Huali Hotel is what you need. And booking with Trip.com is my best choice. My flight was cancelled once when the typhoon hit Shenzhen early this month. I had to cancel at the last minute, but I booked it with the free cancellation option. So, all was well. I got the refund later and then booked it again in the next 2 weeks.
So please keep your good quality and maintain this standard, and then I will come back and recommend people come here too. See you again next year!
