Great location just next to Laojie metro station. Good shopping around within walking distance great for families as there is almost everything for all ages. Sun Plaza and walking street is just 5 minutes walk away. Plenty of food outlets near the hotel. Housekeeping is great & clean. Rooms are large enough for comfort and toilet amenities are very complete. Will definitely stay again!

The staff is really friendly, but unfortunately only this. The room is small and very dirty !! Bathroom is terrible. I had to take bath with a flip-flop because the floor was so dirty. Sink have a lot marks from other people. At least the towels are clean. Outlets near the bed don’t work. I wish Change hotel but didn’t have time. And if you looking for a place to feel the modern city, this is NOT the place. Go to Futian area !!!!

I really liked the room. It was really spacious and comfortable, with also a big sofa and a table. All was very clean. The metro is just across the road. Overall I would highly recommend. The hotel is non smoking but there is an odour of smoke in the common areas. Did not bother me but bothered my partner. To note - the staff does not speak English so for any questions you will need to use a translator app.

We stayed at the family suite and my kids loved it as the rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. Perfect location - right next to metro and the bustling Dongmen laojie. Staff are friendly and helpful in recommending places to dine and booking car rides. Would definitely choose to stay here again.

Firstly wana praise the hotel staffs, most of them are helpful and friendly ! Location is awesome with tones of food and shopping! Room is spacious but not 100% new , I hope they can do minor renovations to the bathroom etc

Location is very good, nearby the Laojie metro and next to the shopping centre. One of the front desk young lady was very helpful for helping us to assist how to book the Didi car to the shenzhen airport. 👍👍👍

Amy at the front of the house was amazing, great friendly service. The location of this hotel is great too, right in the middle of Dongmen, Old Street - shopping haven for anyone that is looking for great bargains, also 'Laojie' Train Station is just a short 1-2 minutes walk away.

This hotel is situated in excellent location near Dongmen shopping, train station. Also got many cafes and restaurants.. Several thoughtless travellers smoked although all rooms are non-smoking.. Reek of smoke especially lifts and lobby 😷

Hotel price is super reasonable. Rooms are big and clean. most important is the train station just at the doorstep.

This is my favourite hotel and this has been by N stay for the past 10 years. Arrived past 1am midnight from a late flight and was checked in by a gentleman. I mistakenly booked a might windowless room and the guy was kind enough to upgrade us to a window room after realising we are staying for 3 nights.  Room is clean and spacious enough for both of us. shopping and food is abundant.

We had a great stay at ZTL. My family and I decided last minute to stay a night in Shenzhen after a long day of eating and shopping. Location is fantastic and super convenient. The room was large and clean. The shower pressure was great! The only issue we had was while showering the water seeped through the door and the entire floor was wet. It didn’t affect our stay, just something to be mindful of. Great stay, highly recommend!
