La posizione è ottima e comoda per viaggiare. I centri commerciali e le attrazioni circostanti sono molto belli. Anche l'ambiente è abbastanza buono. I ragazzi e le ragazze alla reception sono molto bravi ed entusiasti. Il loro atteggiamento è molto buono qui. Questo soggiorno è impeccabile sceglierò qui la prossima volta!

We had a wonderful experience with Grand Hyatt Shenzhen. The staff at the front desk, Joy is very pleasant and helpful. She is very patient on explaining the details of the surroundings and recommends places for our whole family. We stay here for 5 days. The room are spacious and clean. We enjoyed the swimming pool, sauna room, restaurants, etc. I strongly suggest that you should come here if you are with kids. It makes the parents life easier and relaxing 😄😄

Questo viaggio speciale è stato per festeggiare il compleanno di mia figlia. La governante ha aiutato a decorare la stanza e ha inviato una torta commovente. Hanno anche organizzato una cerimonia di apertura con champagne al tramonto la sera, alle Abbiamo fatto un buffet al 96° piano dell'hotel La giovane e bella direttrice del ristorante ha organizzato per noi una torta di compleanno con petali di rosa, che è stata molto sorprendente e soddisfacente Il 97° piano ci ha anche aiutato a registrarci per il check-out posticipato e anche l'elegante Evie nella hall è stata molto gentile. Siamo stati trattati al meglio delle nostre capacità, cortesi e amichevoli, e l'intero viaggio è stato trattato come un VIP! Molto soddisfatto!

first of all, the location is excellent. it is near to guomao subway station. there is also a large mall called king glory near to the hotel with lots of food and shopping options. the hotel room was very clean and spacious. there were no windows, but there was a fancy wall of (fake) green plants, which gave the room a very homely and cosy vibe. we also liked the heated towel rack and the smart room assistant Xiao Du. the corridor was also clean and had a very pleasant scent. one thing that bothered us a bit was that the aircon was blasting cold air at our faces when we slept, even though we have turned it to the smallest wind setting.

Spazioso, ha una sala da ginnastica e un personale molto efficiente. Stazione metropolitana intorno all'angolo. Include colazione!

Highly recommend this hotel. For such an affordable price you’ll get an excellent service (I personally want to thank Mr Nelson, he really cares about the guests of the hotel , also speaks English), a super nice location , basically the city downtown, room with all the amenities , and even a bathtub. The room itself I found to be super cute , designed in a very European/Early American style , that I like a lot . I’ll attach some photos. The hotel has no cigarette smell at all ! This is super rare for China lol. If a downtown Shenzhen area place to rest is needed , book this hotel it’s really worth it.

Just wrapped up an amazing stay at Yutai Hotel and couldn't wait to share my experience! From the moment I checked in, the staff's warmth and attentiveness made me feel right at home. The room was immaculate, with modern amenities and a breathtaking view. The on - site restaurant served delicious cuisine, and the rooftop pool was the perfect spot to unwind. Whether for business or leisure, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Can’t wait to return! Highly recommended!

Ho trascorso un soggiorno fantastico all'Hotel Kapok Shenzhen Luohu. Al mio arrivo, il personale entusiasta mi ha accolto e ha gestito rapidamente il check-in. La camera era spaziosa, luminosa ed elegantemente arredata, facendomi sentire a mio agio e rilassato. I servizi erano morbidi e confortevoli, garantendomi un buon sonno notturno. L'hotel offriva anche una deliziosa colazione a buffet con una varietà di sapori tra cui scegliere. Inoltre, la receptionist dell'hotel ha offerto un servizio cordiale e disponibile, facendo di tutto per assistermi, essendo la mia prima visita a Shenzhen, consigliandomi ristoranti e centri commerciali nelle vicinanze. Durante l'intero soggiorno, il servizio dell'hotel è stato attento e premuroso, facendomi sentire come a casa. Questa esperienza mi ha lasciato un'impressione profonda e sono molto soddisfatto del mio soggiorno in questo hotel.

Raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria, ma un po' angusto e scomodo per chi trasporta bagagli. Situato in una piccola zona residenziale. L'esterno sembra vecchio, ma l'interno dell'hotel è relativamente nuovo e pulito. La camera ha un proiettore con programmi illimitati da guardare! Lavatrice e asciugatrice gratuite, ma c'era una lunga coda. Ho dovuto aspettare fino alle 3 del mattino per asciugare i vestiti. Sarebbe utile se la signora alla reception potesse aiutarmi a far ruotare i vestiti degli ospiti, dato che deve sorvegliare la reception dell'hotel. Sono presenti tutti i servizi essenziali. Il servizio delle receptionist diurne e delle pulizie delle camere è ottimo. Ci hanno offerto dell'acqua dopo aver saputo che saremmo andati a Hong Kong. Tuttavia, il servizio della receptionist di notte potrebbe essere migliorato, dato che di notte era sdraiata sul divano. E quando le abbiamo chiesto di aiutarci ad asciugare i vestiti, non ha voluto. Un'altra cosa che potrebbe essere migliorata è che forse si potrebbe dare più carta igienica. Inoltre, il vetro del water è un po' troppo trasparente. Si vede l'ombra della persona all'interno. Si potrebbe applicare uno strato più spesso sul vetro. A parte questo, ottimo soggiorno, nessun odore di sigaretta. Ottima posizione se non si hanno molti bagagli o si prende un taxi direttamente per l'hotel. Sono forniti tutti i servizi essenziali.

The location of the hotel is easy to access. Close to metro station. Newly renovated, modern, neat and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful 👍🏻😁 Laika Hotel is my top choice in Shenzhen.
