The JEN Hotel was a pretty good place to stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable, which is the most important thing. The only downside was that there was quite a bit of noise coming from the hallway outside, though the hotel thoughtfully provided earplugs to help with that. One thing I really liked about the hotel was the common room area. It had free coffee, an ice machine, a fridge, and a microwave, which was really convenient. And the fitness center was huge, with a full-sized boxing ring, which was a nice surprise. So despite the noise issue, I'd say it was a solid hotel stay. I'd be happy to stay there again.

Very modern hotel, clean and well equipped rooms. The breakfast offer a lot of choice, very good. All is new around so still have some construction but the view from the room at high floor is nice

Like always, my family and I had a nice stay. We came with our 7months old baby, and as you can tell, we had some expectations. And thanks to the team, everything went smooth. We stayed for 3days. Definitely recommend this hotel. A big shout out to Hilary and her team :)

I just spent a few extraordinary days at this hotel in Shenzhen, and I can only highly recommend it. From the moment I arrived, the welcome was warm and professional. The staff, always smiling, go out of their way to meet every request. The rooms are spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the view of the city is breathtaking, especially at night! The hotel's amenities are simply perfect: the pool is superb, especially in the evening for unwinding, and the gym is very well equipped. A special mention goes to the bar, which offers a varied and delicious menu, plus a music band playing every night.

Great hotel, lovely service! However a bit far from the metro station, so had to grab taxis which was not huge issue!
