Amazing service, amazing hotel. The brewery has great quality food and live band was fun. The front staff Yuri was very helpful.

The view and the room was fantastic. The gym was more than adequate and provided the necessary equipment for my workouts. All the staff were great and friendly and accommodated all of our requests especially Eva at the front desk, very helpful and attentive to needs. Great breakfast spread and very spacious restaurant. Great stay and would definitely come back for next visit.

Location is kinda far away but it’s quite. Service and facilities are good. Specially thanks for Bella and Jerry

The housekeeping did not clean properly in the room, sticky stuff left at the table without clean up. Breakfast is all packed and need to line up for long for breakfast in the hotel. Service is a bit a low when called housekeeping to provide more toilet paper, takes very long. Amenities is great, swimming pool and gym is big.

I had a very satisfying experience during my hotel stay. The environment was clean and hygienic, and the facilities were excellent. There was a large gym, a swimming pool, a bar, and a restaurant, all of which contributed to a very comfortable experience. The hotel lobby was spacious, with plenty of seating available for guests to relax while waiting to check in. Additionally, the hotel provided a shuttle bus service to and from Hong Kong, making transportation very convenient. 👍🏻

Booked this amazing hotel last min for CNY with families and baby, it was very clean and decent. Location wise its very convenient and comes with free parking tho we didn't use it this time. Would recommend fds to stay here. Heres some food at the lobby restaurant.

We had a fabulous first time at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet. The gym was huge with so many machines. The service was helpful and quick. They also provided complimentary shuttle service to the nearby malls.

The service are super nice, room is very clean, I will come back for the stay again, the Front Desk Jerry are excellent service. Gym is super nice with 2400sqm.

I came with my family for the Christmas stay. Front desk staff Minnie are very friendly and arrraned a nice bay view room, Manager Hillary are very nice and warm, looking forward to my next family trip.

this is the first time I went to Qianhai. The purpose of this trip is to celebrate Christmas with family. The location of the hotel is good for family and accessible to the shopping malls. The hotel staff (Eva Wang) isfriendly, helpful and provides a lot of travel information about Qianhai and Shenzhen. Highly recommended and will definitely come back next time.

I recently stayed at Hotel Jen in Shenzhen and was thoroughly impressed by my experience. The service was amazing, with welcoming staff who made us feel right at home. I loved the room decoration—it was both stylish and comfortable. The shuttle service to nearby malls was a fantastic convenience, allowing us to explore the area with ease. I was also amazed by the professional gym facilities, which are likely the best in Shenzhen. A special shout-out to the high-quality branded lotion and shampoo provided; they truly added a nice touch to our stay. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Jen for anyone visiting Shenzhen!
