La stanza è grande e la posizione è comoda: il ristorante pizzeria e tè del vicino Guanlan Golf Club ha un buon sapore. Il vicino parco e parco giochi è un buon posto per portare a spasso il bambino. L'opposto è il centro commerciale Guanlan New Town

The hotel looks decent, but some of the facilities are getting old, such as both of the bathroom doors are unable to close properly. And the drums in the kids area are not working well. The breakfast is quite good, the steam rice rolls were delicious. The location is very close to the snowing place and shopping mall.

The facilities are good and new, the services by hotel staff, in particular, the manager, Mark provided gd services to us.

I reserved B Duck suite and so impressed for closing this. Love the location , particularly appreciated the thoughtful and professional service delivered by your guest manager Mark Pan, he’s so kind and informative , thank you !

1.) extra fee applied as I requested 2 door to door rooms 2.) upgraded to the most expensive room but very low quality in term of the equipment , rooftop pool closed . Not cool fridge as my kid found a pc of melt ice cream from previous tenant. Also found some items under the sofa. The lightings system are shxx! I requested the cleaning services after settling down everything with kids . The front desk lady promised me to clean up before I come back on same day , but the items and ice cream still there when we check out. Well , it’s completely disaster for me when you paying such huge extra fee and upgraded to most expensive room in Hard Rock Cafe . No way , I will not going there again and good luck

Tiny and Jie Hao are very professional and helpful, especially Tily is very nice , she alwa6s the initiative to give us a hand to solve my problems.

Nice room and location. A big shopping mall just opposites. MTR station right in front of hotel. (Line 4) Very good restaurant. Staffs are friendly and supportive. Recommended to any businesses or family travellers.

The hotel is situated next to the subway exit, just a one-minute walk away. However, the path is outdoors, so it's advisable to bring an umbrella on rainy days. The hotel room is clean, and the room I booked had a large tub that my child enjoyed playing in. We met the concourse manager, who told us about the free lollipops available in the main lobby, which was a nice touch, especially in hot weather. The additional buffet breakfast is Western-style with some Chinese elements, meeting standard international expectations. The extra cost is RMB 100 for adults and RMB 60 for children, which is reasonable considering most nearby mall fast-food shops don't open until after 10 AM. It's a convenient choice since we planned to go skiing. Overall, the hotel is very nice, and I would rate it highly.
