Excellent hotel. Room was classy and staff so friendly! A lot of restaurants and shops in Dong Men pedestrial area. Close to Hubei metro station so it's convenient to most touristic places.

Location is good and is walking distance to shops, restaurants and metros. Rooms is quite old. Heavy smells of cigarettes as it allows guests to smoke in the room. Also, the hotel name in the frontage is "Lucky Hotel" instead of "Laika Hotel" !!!

Clean modern room, very cheerful and helpful receptionist. Great location, near to dong men ding with lots of shops and eateries.

Service was great and so was facilities. They don’t have non smoking rooms but that was the only drawback.

The room is cozy and the location is very strategic. Close to Hubei MRT station and Dongmen street. The hotel staff are nice too.

The hotel’s location is quite strategic, as it’s close to Dongmen Street. However, the ongoing road construction nearby makes it inconvenient for walking. E-hailing drivers also avoid entering the area, so they only pick up or drop off passengers on the nearby main road. The front desk service is good, and the room service is excellent. However, our room was near the lift, and there was a noticeable smoking smell outside the room. The toilet also had a sewer smell. One confusing issue is the hotel’s name. It’s displayed as Gluck Hotel, listed as Leica Hotel on e-hailing apps, and called Laika Hotel on Trip.com. This inconsistency can make it difficult for guests to locate or identify the hotel. Overall, it’s a good hotel. There are a few high-class restaurants nearby, which is convenient if you don’t feel like traveling far for meals.

The location of the hotel is easy to access. Close to metro station. Newly renovated, modern, neat and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful 👍🏻😁 Laika Hotel is my top choice in Shenzhen.

The location is good, but the hotel is too old. Moreover, the rooms occupy a few floors only, making it a bit chaotic & poorly managed.

Close to both dongmen market and luohu immigration port. Within 10-15minutes walk. Very convenient as many restaurants are around. Staffs are friendly and helpful. We’ve stayed many times in this hotel and it’s always been comfortable.

Personally I don’t advise family with young children & elderly to stay. The whole toilet will be wet after shower because of the design. Location is not as convenience as described as traffic light is about 10mins away from hotel. Public transport not allow to drive to hotel drop off. Drop off point will be at the bus stop outside the hotel. Room is decent big with a short sofa + coffee table and dressing table. Aircon not as cold, if u like comfy 25 degree temperature it would be suitable for u.
