Arrived at the hotel in the small hours and was reminded politely by the front desk staff of the need to check out on tge same day in the afternoon. The aircon of room first arranged was not working and upon my reqyest, I was moved to the adjacent room and when I called the front desk again to update him on the room.move, the staff considerately told me to stay until I had a good sleep.

深圳羅湖區老牌酒店，性價比不錯，停車非常方便，地理位置也不錯，離地鐵口很近，唯一不足的就是酒店沒有早餐。

喺酒店住咗四日兩晚，整體體驗非常好！酒店環境高檔大氣，服務人員態度專業又親切，辦入住同退房都好順暢。房間寬敞整潔，設施齊全，床鋪好舒服，住得好安心。雖然酒店冇提供早餐同下午茶，但附近都有唔少餐廳選擇，飲食方面都幾方便。總括嚟講，今次入住好滿意，下次一定會再嚟！

酒店的位置很方便，就在黃貝嶺地鐵站G1出口行3分鐘，附近也有很多地道食肆，唯一是酒店設施太老舊，是時候翻新了，特別是房間外面的走廊，昏暗得似鬼片一樣，好靈異😱
