Room is spacious and clean. Toiletries, disposable slippers provided. Restos are available upon walking to nearby corner. Walking to mtr station is reasonable.

The place is great for the price. I didn't have issues and will stay there again. Very close to a grocery store.

The room is spacious but old. The location is a bit far from shenzhen center but there is a direct train within 15mn walk and can reach shenzhen railway quicker than the metro. A major disturbance was that the toilet flush. It did not work well, and the toilet could not evacuate well. The shower gel was not refilled. There are bottles of water provided daily though.

I liked the hotel, but unfortunately it's a bit far away. the room was pretty good and it came with a basic free breakfast (honestly, i would rather eat outside, but it's fine for free food).

Appeared a very old property, asked for plates so I can have my meals, they didn’t have, didn’t have some sugar sachets too, pretty much managed to stay, will probably not book it again. Had booked it only because it was close to the place where I had the business meeting . It looked nice in the pictures though.

酒店🏨的位置很好，近平湖地鐵站🚉的B出口。但現時由於工程進度所以B出口封咗，朋友們要經C出口行過嚟，位置就會稍微遠咗少少。
至於大堂，一眼睇晒，幾唔錯👍 但無平日我住維也納酒店時大堂嘅香水味，不過唔大影響。
房間還不錯，衛生都整潔，房間兩人來說剛好。就是網絡電視睇唔到，淨係睇到地面電視。
最後，酒店有送早餐俾我哋，不過佢哋係無自助餐廳🍴，但佢哋會外賣早餐同準備好，如果時間夠早，你可以選擇早餐食甚麼，應該常常不同。
整體來說，很不錯👍！我很滿意，但設施方面的確很舊，但價格便宜實惠，對我而言不大影響。

酒店的地理位置非常好，交通很方便，周邊也有很多美食和購物的地方。前台服務員很好，房間寬敞明亮，床品舒適，讓人有賓至如歸的感覺。值得推薦👍👍
