L'ambiente è buono, cioè il servizio del ristorante cinese è troppo scadente, non all'altezza degli standard di un hotel a 5 stelle, la formazione del cameriere non è a posto, l'ordine è lento, poco professionale, non mi sento come fare affari, non c'è il tè nel bar della hall, non so cosa ne pensi il leader del vino?

Ritengo che questo hotel sia davvero buono e altamente raccomandato. Il parcheggio è spazioso, la dimensione della camera è moderata, il letto matrimoniale è di 1,35 metri superbo, la camera genitore-figlio e la tenda preferita dei bambini, ci sono cavi di ricarica e ci sono frutta di benvenuto. Ci sono accappatoi per bambini, pantofole, spazzolini da denti, shampoo, bagnoschiuma e così via. La piscina interna è di medie dimensioni e sufficiente per l'uso. È molto comodo avere un bagnino con un giubbotto di salvataggio. Il tempo di rilascio rapido è anche dalle 6 alle 10 del mattino. Dingdong Paradise è anche abbastanza buono per far giocare i bambini piccoli. Il buffet offre un'ampia varietà di frutti di mare e dolci. I bambini si sono divertiti molto nel complesso. Quando ho iniziato a leggere alcune recensioni negative su Internet, ho avuto anche delle preoccupazioni. Un'esperienza di soggiorno davvero perfetta, adatta per portare un bambino in vacanza. Will e Aidan del concierge sono molto entusiasti. Il personale di servizio qui è molto buono. Ai due ragazzini di Dingdong Paradise piace molto. I bambini sono molto ciao e gli adulti non sono stanchi, ho comprato il pasto fisso con la cena, che è troppo conveniente. L'ambiente e le strutture dell'hotel sono buoni, l'atteggiamento del servizio è molto buono, specialmente il Will GAO e Dandy nella hall, il servizio è molto buono, come questo, questo hotel è la prima scelta la prossima volta che verrai a Longgang

Reception friendly & helpful, rooms nice clean & spacious. Gym good, location is close to shops. Only negative is there is a night club downstairs & was very loud music until 2-3am. We stayed on a Thursday evening.

Grand lobby, tidy and clean rooms with fancy lighting. Late check in evening time is available

Clean spacious room, speedy front desk. Breakfast is nice, perhaps they can consider adding more coffee machines as there's always a queue. There are some night clubs just across the street, making it slightly noisy if the curtains drawn up. But the clubs are neat, I slept well with the curtains down.

The receptionist is professiinally trained and provided us with good guidence on the questions we asked. Definitely a thumbs up on the services.

It feels good. The front desk service is very warm, the environment is very clean, and the cleaning is also very warm. However, the hotel has been in the past few years. Great hotel in Longgang. Make sure to check out the area near Red Cube and also Low-Carbon City Eco-Park. East side of town. Service exceptional, view is great.

The hotel staff were wonderful. They were incredibly accommodating and super friendly. Breakfast Buffet: was extensive. With both Asian and Western dishes (fruits, yoghurts, oa**eal, many types of pastries, salad, pancakes, hash browns, sausages, bacon, eggs and the list goes on and on). Dinner Buffet: was also extensive including Western and Asian dishes. My daughter's favourites were the lamb chops and the array of desserts on offer. They also had Japanese dishes like sashimi and sushi. The room was clean and everything looked new and in excellent condition. The staff were always there to help if I looked like I needed it. The indoor pool area had good changing rooms and showers,. In the same area they had a well equipped gym and massage rooms. It is right across the road from the culture center. We really enjoyed our stay here. We would definately go back again.
