We arrived late, and we got an upgrade of our booking, it’s a very nice hotel and I love the breakfast, sorry I didn’t have photo.Definitely will stay for another time.

The hotel room is very clean Front desk 小君 and 小华are very helpful. At 3am and they are still look so cheerful to help me to call a taxi to airport. Nowadays hardly to find such a staff in the hotel. 👍

Good hotel with large territory, swimming pool, gym and seafood dinner, we enjoyed our stay there. Friendly and helpful personnel. Highly recommend!

酒店房間很大，前台妹妹熱情，幫忙免費升級了房間。窗外就是觀瀾河，附近有濕地公園，特別適合遛娃。酒店配套很不錯，自助餐和中餐都很好吃。下次來深圳還訂這裏，推薦推薦👍🏻👍🏻

非常滿意，阿姨送了水果給我們，前台的工作人員也超級友善，中央空調温度基本維持在23度，機器人送餐方便便捷，泡咖啡的小杯子超級可愛，早餐也好吃， 全方位好評。

酒店泳池有時間限制 11-2點沒開 我覺得不太好。其他的人員服務和早餐都還不錯！整體環境可以，值得一去。前台工作人員很友善
