Perfect location for everything: laundry, restaurants, churches, and malls. You can walk to the street where Sinulog is celebrated.

Quite an old hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. A lot of room for improvement on cleanliness side. My room has mosquitoes and I managed to kill a few. Some stains on wall. I thought is paint but when I wipe with wet wipes, I could remove it. There are some stains on chair too. At first I thought there is no hot water. But when I took a bath again at later, there is. Thus I think it might due to too many ppl taking bath at the same time. If you walk left from the exit, there's a night bazaar. Quite a lot of nice local food there. And if you continue until the junction, there's a mall and nice lechon restaurant. On the right, there's 7 11 and pharmacy. So location is quite nice and convenient.

The place is very accessible and in downtown. Daily cleaning is thumbs up but they dont give extra water during cleaning. Also no dental kits and no cup or electric kettle for coffee in the room. Welcome drink in the penthouse is cool. Love it

Hotel is at the strategic location, amenities are all goods, service is excellent.

The hotel is nice and the staff too. The breakfast is good, but the serving takes time especially when you request a scramble egg or sunny side up. You wait more than five minutes after they served(based on my experience today) maybe in this kind of breakfast buffet much better there is an additional man power to assist the chef.

My family enjoyed their stay here. My brother took a Board Exam and the hotel was near the area. According to my family, they were satisfied with the accommodation and service of the hotel. Thank you so much for hearing my special request. Till next time🫶🏻

Good service the staff are very welcoming and accommodating to their guests.

The hotel staff is very accommodating, pagbaba pa lang namin ng taxi may sumalubong agad to help our baggage. Maganda ang room nira yet very affordable. With breakfast pa kami and welcome drinks. Ang maganda is nasa proper lang ang location.

Overall I give 5 star to this hotel when it comes to their staff ,rooms and cleanliness. The only thing that needs to be improved and maintained is the choice of food for their breakfast. I am a regular guest and I usually booked for a room that includes breakfast. The choices of food before was ok but this time when I checked in there was only spring roll that was irregularly wrapped and crumpled and oily string beans,boiled egg and omelette station ,compared to before that has some choices enough for the budget that we pay inclusive in our room. FB manager or the chef has to check from time to time the stocks and ingredients for their ALA carte menus.. most of the time it's good to order food from the hotels kitchen rather than going outside on a rainy day or ordering from outside that sometimes takes ages before it Wil arrive and the food is already cold.

The receptionists are polite and efficient. The room is well-maintained, and the air conditioning is effective. The room service is prompt, and the food is of good quality.

Convenient for going to Moalboal, close to South Bus Terminal. Rooms are reasonable for the price.

I stayed with my friend here for 4days and 3 nights so far so good most especially the service everytime we call for room service or order for foods they’re very accommodating. For their foods its was so good most specially their pork sinigang it’s so delicious and so worth the price, the servings is large and when I say large it is good for 4-6 people and sorry we really didn’t think of taking a pictures of the room since our mind at that time is occupied with something important
