La signora che lavora alla reception, Ronaldinho, è una persona molto gentile! Visto che siamo una famiglia con due bambini che soggiornano per due notti, hanno aggiornato la nostra camera! Grazie, la stanza è pulita, grande e ha una vasca da bagno🛁😂Il bambino era molto felice e si è offerto di soggiornare in questo hotel la prossima volta!

La posizione del negozio è comoda, con un 7-11 sotto. L'acqua della piscina è molto limpida e le altre strutture sono ben tenute. L'addetto alla reception mi ha anche aiutato a cambiare la mia camera in una suite con vasca per un prezzo molto basso di $ 500.

Il servizio di Ronaldinho è molto buono. L'hotel ha una posizione ottima e una grande piscina. Consigliato il soggiorno.

Nice outdoor swimming pool. Room not the newest. Aircon quite noisy.

It was alright, not my type as it was very outdated and old.. the rooms are old style, but I'd still give it a good review because TRIP gave me a free room upgrade to Suite.

The hotel’s service and atmosphere were outstanding. The buffet breakfast offered a diverse selection, including a pleasing assortment of dim sum for morning tea. Although the infinity pool didn't provide much of a view, the swimming experience was enjoyable, and backstroking under the building's impressive architecture added a nice touch. I was pleasantly surprised when the front desk upgraded us to a suite. The suite included a bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak, as well as a designated work area, which was both convenient and well-appointed. The comfort and tranquility of the suite made the stay even more enjoyable. What particularly impressed me was the excellent service from the housekeeping staff. They carefully arranged my stuffed animals, tucking them in and covering them with the blanket as if they were cozily resting. This thoughtful gesture added a personal and charming touch to my stay. Overall, I was thoroughly satisfied with the experience.

Good location (fairly close to MTR) nonce I know how to get there. I like the outdoor pool.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Location is right near the metro and there’s a few shops near by. Strange cleaning methods. Seem to focus on changing towels and toilet rolls rather than cleaning the room. Pool was closed from 11-4 every day which given that’s the hottest part of the day was a bit weird. It was also absolutely freezing, but good fun 🤩. We would stay here again. Really nice room and good value.

come to shenzhen for phantom of the opera, this hotel had good location and very near to mtr station.

The hotel is in a very convenient location which is only couple of hundred meters away from subway. And service was excellent. Very happy with our stay there.
