In 2006,the ownership was assigned to Shenzhen Investment Holding Co., Ltd.In 2020,it belonged to Shenzhen Wuzhou Hotel Group Co., Ltd.Since its opening, it has accommodated more than 100 party and state leaders, as well as hundreds of international friends and tens of thousands of conference groups, receiving extensive acclaim and many honorary facility awards. The company is located in the north avenue silver lake valley surrounded by mountains, rivers, and grass, in Shenzhen geographical center, egrets whirling about. Greenways surround the water. Xiangsilin park is fresh and tranquil. 對整個環境超級滿意，一下車就受到熱情的接待，還有小甜品，小水果，在深圳這樣的城市這個價位這樣的服務真的是物超所值。停車特別方便，户外環境優美，是旅遊度假的優選酒店哦，來了兩次，以後還會來更多次滴，加油哦～

房間很好 環境非常好 安靜
唯一的缺點 需要開車或者打車來比較方便
另外就是酒店一天衹給兩瓶水 沒找到小賣部買水費勁
其他都很好 環境好 房間乾淨 還給了嬰兒護理台 有高爾夫練習場 四周都是湖 曬太陽遛彎都很好
去福田和羅湖口岸都是十公里左右 不堵車 很方便
還會再來！

我最近在深圳銀湖酒店入住，參加了開智綱大會，整體體驗非常滿意！酒店的環境、設施和服務都讓人印象深刻。
首先，酒店的大廳寬敞明亮，大堂經理王哥熱情接待，耐心解答我們的問題，讓我們感受到賓至如歸的感覺。辦理入住手續快速高效，整個過程非常順利。
房間非常舒適，佈置温馨，配備了現代化的設施。床鋪非常柔軟，確保了我們在繁忙會議後的良好休息。房間內的茶具和小吃也增添了不少温馨感。
酒店的健身房設備齊全，提供了多種鍛鍊選擇，讓我在會議間隙也能保持活力。游泳池環境優美，是放鬆身心的理想之地。
特別推薦武夷山茶館，老闆娘熱情好客，向我們介紹了各種茶葉，帶我們品嚐了不同風味的茶，體驗了濃厚的茶文化。
餐廳的自助早餐種類豐富，新鮮美味，滿足了不同口味的需求。工作人員服務熱情，確保每位客人都能享受到美好的用餐體驗。
總之，銀湖酒店的設施和服務都非常出色，讓我們的開智綱大會之行更加愉快。我一定會再來！

深圳老牌富人區裏的老牌酒店，類似於政府迎賓館之類的，地理位置、生態環境很好，門前就是銀湖公園.前幾年翻新過，整體有歷史感但不會陳舊.
市場化管理，服務理念、態度都很不錯，高爾夫體驗也挺有價值～
唯一美中不足的是游泳池拆了正在重建新樓，希望新樓的設計能有户外無邊游泳池，那樣的話整個酒店會高大上更多.

服務很好，房間設定不錯，環境不錯，但很詫異的是房間衹給了茶包沒有咖啡，酒店也沒有游泳池和健身房。這個酒店比較適合開會居住不適合旅遊出行，出門不太方便，適合有車的家庭。居住期間外面有施工，我們大人沒有被打擾但是小朋友又被吵醒。
