We had a great stay. Afternoon tea at the lounge was good. Food quality higher than expected. We were looked after by a dedicated customer service manager, Phillip Li. He was super helpful and gave recommendations on activities and transfer. Room was new. Bed was comfy. Great view from The room too! Will definitely go back next time!

I am a guest of your's. I am very happy here. I sing highly of your service. First of all, the hotel is so beautiful. It looks like a garden. I enjoy it. Most important reason is that the bed is so big and soft that I don't want to get up every morning. It's wonderful here. I can't believe it that I must leave. I want to live here again if I come to this city again. Thank you.

Newly opened in dec 2023 and everything is new and clean. Service is excellent and will be back.

We had a fabulous time at the Shangri-La Nanshan. The rooms are beautifully appointed with a gorgeous view of the water and city. We were here to celebrate my husband's birthday, and the hotel decorated our room and gave him a cake to celebrate. The afternoon tea and breakfast buffet was incredibly delicious and well suited for the Asian palate where it wasn't overly sweet. However the best thing at this hotel are the staff. They were always courteous, sweet, and helpful. It is definitely one of the best stays we had. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Thanks for Allen, Rica, Joey service. Thanks for the room upgrade and late check out until 6pm as our flight is midnight. Rail in mall is just beside the hotel. Wonderful view from our room.

Absolutely superb. The most beautiful and well designed hotel I've ever been to, even the smallest details were talen care of with different fine materials and textures. The staff were always attentive to help even before you asked them. Alice in reception was excellent during our check-out. The views are something else, and same for the afternoon tea. Very nice and sophisticated environment, including other guests.
