Rude front desk staff. The Pan kept for cooking was rusted as hell. They didn’t even bother to keep a clean one. Instead told us “Clean it yourself”. Rude people. Bad service.

Good service apartment Locate in the heart of the Shenzhen And also close to electronic market Near science museum metro station exit gate F

Stove and other cooking pans not working or not available, also not in very good condition, too old rooms and don't fool by the photos they have uploaded.

House is very big. Very close to the subway, just 20-40 meters walk. Close to convenient store. And also close to the electronic district SEG plaza. Recommended place to stay.

Locations is good, next to the mrt station, and a shopping mall. but the building is old, the back and corridor is Dark , dirty and smelly, when i get to the room, the door looks old, and going to break, after getting inside, the sofa have stain, the wall is mold, the toilet is wet, the tap is seems like going to break very soon, and there have a lot of hair around on the floor, there have used tissue on the bed ............. really , regarding to this room , what i only can say good is location,

Front Desk especially Mr. Chen provides excellent and prompt services on our WeChat requessts despite he was busy. He gave good recommendations on where to dine out with good food and atmosphere. Will visit Mr. Chen and Mr. Zhang again.

入住房間投影完全唔啱位到離譜，聯絡前台小哥後很快來幫忙處理，經他一番努力後雖然有d啱位但畫面一邊清一邊糢真搞笑，問他可否換房他表示今日冇，如明天有房便換給我，最後第二天早上搵佢就換了房間，還幫忙登入影視會員，投影沒問題了但網速超慢，睇一套戲會卡幾十次等load！訂影視房這真的有點氣結！還有床頭兩邊沒電制位，但地上有一個小拖板。。。另沐浴露和洗髮水要很大量才有泡，用完皮膚和頭髮也很干，有點癢。。。 優點：前台回覆快，盡心盡力盡責。房間大，簡單但整潔干淨，高層景開揚。雪櫃夠凍冇異味。冷氣也夠涼。花灑水夠猛夠熱。洗衣機容易用。**集運可送到房。 地理位置：樓下有公車站、地鐵1和6号線、大商場、便利店和大小食店，還離平樂骨科醫院很近，約十分鐘路程，對我要睇醫生和覆診來說十分方便。 不如我要住多天和對電視有執著的其實性價比算是不錯。

衞生：衞生很乾凈比較安靜住着比較舒服，像家的感覺你們可以過來體驗一下哦 環境：環境比較好下來，就是地鐵站附近有很多吃的很方便，交通也很方便 高看得風景也挺好的 服務：小姐姐的很好

清潔良好，位置好，離地鐵站很近，隔離有in城市，超方便，冷氣凍好適服，有牙刷，淋浴露和洗頭水，內有4樽水供應，真細心，值得推薦，但床太硬，唔適合我們一家。

超乎預期的入住體驗！房間乾淨舒適，佈置温馨有格調，管家阿傑熱情周到，細節滿分。 性價比超高！民宿位置便利，環境安靜，設施齊全且很新，住得非常舒服。是一次很棒的住宿選擇。

前台工作人員小張很熱情的接待了我們，即使來的比較遲也可以辦理入住。這次預訂的大床房但是給我們免費升級了投影房，房間也打掃的很好，整體來説一次很不錯的入住體驗。

整體都覺得好好，住宿地方都好大 服務都非常好👍👍 同埋地點好方便，一去就到廣場，一家大細都住得好開心😍
