Exceptional, above and beyond expectation from the two lady receptionist Miss Qin and Miss Liu. Always greeted with a smile and makes you feel like coming home from a long day of sightseeing or shopping in Shenzhen. The ladies were very helpful in answering all my questions. Would also like to mention that one of the male receptionist spoke cantonese and very polite and helpful. I stayed on the 8th Floor for almost two weeks, so I want thank the housekeeping lady for cleaning my messy room everyday. Again, excellent performance and always greeted everyday with a smile. Overall, good value for money. A short walk to the metro station that links you to the whole of Shenzhen. You will love this hotel if you are a foodie as there is the food street across the road with cuisines from all parts of China. The streets comes alive with tables out (tai pai dong style) and beer too. One recommendation for the hotel is to add a Guangzhou CCTV for Cantonese guests. Overall, I would strongly recommend this hotel to travellers.

The location is easy to arrive with only 5 minutes walking distance from Changlong Metro station. However the hotel is just at the corner of high traffic crossing and if you need a good sleep, the location is definitely not recommended. The room is okey but the shower head cannot be fixed. This is really my first time to have such experience. Maybe the hotel is aged and should consider fixing the equipment rather than leave inconvenience to customers. I am sorry I will not recommend this hotel and will not choose it again.

半夜入住，給我升級了户型，房間非常不錯，乾淨整潔，服務員都特熱心，我到餐廳剛好早餐結束了，在打掃，服務員喊着塞給我幾粒雞蛋，讓我坐下吃點，還熱了牛奶。太感動了。出行附近很多餐廳很靠近華南城奧特萊斯。不錯不錯

Molto soddisfatta per un'esperienza di soggiorno, perché è tardi.Ho discusso con la reception qui, mi sono ritardato fino alle 3:00 p.m.. Se la stanza non ha più una stanza. Una finestra con una aggiornamento gratuito. Il servizio è anche fatto bene Ci sono lavastoviglie auto-assistenti, ma la lavastoviglie e biscotti sono separati, per cambiare manualmente. Dopo due giorni di soggiorno, l'ambiente in generale non sarà affatto affamato. Il servizio in camera degli ospiti è conveniente per un piccolo robot in tempo, buon complimento
