Hotel in zona Cypress Azalea Area, Shenzhen

No WiFi provision (anywhere - not in the room nor public area), despite indication of providing free WiFi. When questioned, the receptionist - happily and proudly - explained that the problem was that I had no Mainland mobile number (so the problem lies with the guests, and the hotel has no obligation to honour its publicised facilities available). Serious attitude problem with the staff, in my opinion! From later experience, all the hotels that require a Mainland mobile number to access WiFi will help guests to connect to WiFi by logging in with their own local mobile numbers to obtain the OTP for activation of the WiFi connection.

All'inizio pensava che avrei avuto un'apertura nuova, ma non c'era un parcheggio, le strutture della stanza erano incomplete, l'igiene era generalizzata, il riciclaggio di acqua non era trasparente, la porta era trasparente, e si poteva vedere che la gente era spogliata dentro.Il prezzo non era in linea con il rapporto di prezzo.

Overall experience were satisfactory. The hotel is conveniently located. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable. The amenities provided were adequate, and the housekeeping service was prompt and efficient. However, I did encounter a significant issue with the ventilation. Despite staying in a non-smoking room, cigarette fumes were quite noticeable and unpleasant. It seems the smoke from other areas of the hotel was seeping into the room. Additionally, I was shocked to see guests smoking in common areas, including one instance where a guest boarded the lift from B1 with a lit cigarette. I believe the hotel should enforce stricter non-smoking policies in common areas and improve their ventilation system to ensure a more comfortable stay in future. Hoping that the smoking policy and ventilation issues are addressed in the future.

My room was immaculate, elegantly designed, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could wish for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring I had a restful night's sleep every night. The hotel's location is perfect for both business and leisure travelers. It's situated in a vibrant part of Shenzhen, with easy access to shopping centers, cultural attractions, and public transport. Despite its central location, the hotel maintains a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. The amenities at Noa Hotel are top-notch. The cafe provided stunning views of the city and was a great spot to unwind after a day of exploring. What truly sets Noa Hotel apart is the exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with any request made my visit truly memorable. A special mention goes to ”Little N,” the hotel's innovative delivery robot. Little N added a futuristic touch to my stay, efficiently delivering items directly to my room with a friendly demeanor. This delightful service was not only convenient but also a fun and memorable experience. I highly recommend Noa Hotel to anyone visiting Shenzhen. Whether you're in town for business or pleasure, this hotel offers a luxurious, comfortable, and unforgettable stay. I look forward to my next visit!

Excellent service! Enjoyed Chinese and western breakfast buffet and tv channels, well equipped gym, covered pool, excellent location across the street from Dongmen Pedestrian Street. Pool requires swimming cap or can buy for $30rmb. Connected rooms perfect for families. Both rooms had separate showers and bath tubs, only the smaller room had jets in the tub. Very kind service for children, they offered children’s bathrobes, slippers, and toothbrush sets. Stay included breakfast buffet for 4, and $200 rmb vouchers for Fortune Restaurant, but must use $100 each day, cannot combine. Just decrease the hotel booking $200 instead of vouchers. Everything perfect except the Fortune Restaurant, which was very slow compared to the service in the rest of the hotel. Would stay again and highly recommended.

Hotel is conveniently located above Laojie metro station - just two stations away from the Hong Kong border. The lower floors are a shopping mall with good selection of eating places. Also just a short walk to the Dongmen shopping street. Breakfast was very good, room very clean and staff very helpful. Would defibtely stay here again if I am visiting Shenzhen in the future.

La stanza è anche decorata con un'arte a mano con asciugamani che simboleggiano il mio horoscopio cinese! Sono molto impressionato dai dettagli e dagli sforzi, ma naturalmente continuerò a rimanere a Shangri-La Shenzhen ogni volta che viaggi a Shenzhen e mi consiglierò di rimanere lì ai miei colleghi!
