Hotel City Inn a Shenzhen

We stayed at this hotel for one night over the weekend and found it to be excellent value for money. The location is perfect—just a short distance from the Shenzhen Bay immigration control point and close to the Window of the World theme park (we enjoyed a lovely 15-minute walk). And it’s conveniently located just opposite the MTR station. We booked the standard twin room with a sea view, and it was definitely worth the small extra cost (only about 5 RMB more). The view was lovely. The room itself was small but very clean, with modern furniture, spotless white bed linens, and fresh towels. Breakfast was reasonably priced—30 RMB for adults and 15 RMB for children—and offered a decent variety. If we need to stay overnight in Shenzhen again, I’ll definitely choose this hotel. Highly recommended for a short stay!

Very good location.  A lot of restaurants and bars close by.  It's a little further from the metro than I would like, especially if you have a lot of luggage, but it's still walkable.   Staff was a little stingy with the extra towels and bottled water.
