原本是新世紀公寓住宅酒店，行經門口的無入，越走越遠，再折返才找到，在益田廣場隔離，房間雖有點老舊，但床單被舖尚算乾淨，酒店用品一應俱全，滿意的。第一日黃昏去了瑪雅水上樂園，一大堆濕衣服，好彩有洗衣機洗，陽台晾了一晚即亁。第二日去歡樂谷，退房去4樓酒店總務房寄存行李，輕鬆去玩，抵讚。¥500幾一晚，一家四口，兩房兩大床，冷氣夠，值得推薦。

My family and I had a lovely stay at the hotel thanks to the staff Candy and Becky! The hotel itself is very kids-friendly and greatly located in the city center of Shenzhen. The service of the staff were extremely helpful and was the highlight of our stay. Candy and Becky were proactively offering help to our family to make sure our stay was smooth and our kid got to enjoy the holiday. They were responsive and went the extra mile to meet the different needs of our family members. The service was generally heartwarming and helpful and we would love to stay at the hotel again mostly because of the service!

very good located and for the price very good. Not expect a hotel like lobby and parking, front space. more like serviced apar**ent.

This is my second trip to Shenzhen in the past 20 years, and my friend (who I call Gege) has recommended this hotel. My flight was late at night; the receptionist barely understands English, but they love to help. My room was on the 4th floor. It was a mini single room type, but it has every facility I need. The room is clean—not that new, but more spacious than I thought. The only thing they don't provide here in this room type is a refrigerator. But it is fine with me. The breakfast is lovely. I tried everything except the congee because I didn't know how to order it. Oh, but you need to ask for the ”zhāo cháng quán” at the reception counter if you book the room that includes breakfast. It will serve from 7.30 a.m. until around 10 a.m.   I love the location of this hotel so much. It is located on the beautiful boulevard and just a few minutes away from OCT Loft, the art square. Lawson is just around the corner, as is the pharmacy, as well as some local restaurants. The Qiaocheng East Metro station is about 7 minutes away, but walking along the boulevard makes it feel like 3 minutes to me. The housekeepers are nice. Actually, everyone at the hotel is. I mentioned the housekeeper because she cleans my room every day, and that's what I need from coming back to travel for a whole day, but I feel that it was extra clean as she changed my towel and put in new, clean amenities for me every day. I tried to communicate with her on my third day and showed her my appreciation for her work. On my last day of staying at this hotel, I left a note on the bed, written in my bad handwriting in Chinese. I hope she will find it. The receptionist on that day also helped me call a taxi when my phone application was not working.   I love everything in this hotel. The price is reasonable. I won't say cheap. You get what you pay for, and for me, I got a little more than I expected. I'll be back once every year and will definitely book this hotel again.   If you are a solo traveler and looking for a lovely hotel in a nice location, not as busy in the city, and love the arts and a bit of strolling on the greenery boulevard, then H'Life Hotel (OCT Loft) or Huali Hotel is what you need. And booking with Trip.com is my best choice. My flight was cancelled once when the typhoon hit Shenzhen early this month. I had to cancel at the last minute, but I booked it with the free cancellation option. So, all was well. I got the refund later and then booked it again in the next 2 weeks. So please keep your good quality and maintain this standard, and then I will come back and recommend people come here too. See you again next year!

Era stato prenotato 1.5 Camera da letto, la signorina Reception ha aiutato la mia famiglia e i miei figli a salire. E'il mio stile preferito. Per la prima volta, vivere in una stanza così piacevole. I bambini amano molto. Più di 400 costi per vivere in una stanza così comoda sono troppo redditizie. La prossima volta che vengo a Shenzhen, voglio continuare a vivere in una casa come questa.

La stanza è molto pulita, lo spazio è buono, la velocità del computer è molto veloce, la signorina servizio di ricetta è molto completo, la posizione è anche molto vantaggiosa, le strutture sono molto nuove, soprattutto la pressione idrica del bagno è molto alta.

È supportato dalla sede centrale di Tencent e l'aria condizionata è montata sul balcone. Il rumore è evidente a tarda notte e l'isolamento acustico dei piani superiore e inferiore è relativamente scarso. Le altre strutture sono a posto parco e dispone di scarse strutture abitative. Va bene per viaggi d'affari, quindi scegli con attenzione quando viaggi.

È sicuramente un soggiorno accogliente e spazioso! 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana, e i ristoranti lungo le strade lo rendono ancora meglio.
