Overall it’s a great hotel . The view is outstanding. Food for breakfast buffet is great . Diamond restaurant for dinner is fantastic, dinner at the buffet is not worth 80 laris in my opinion . Skye Bar and their bartenders are fantastic. Spa : great procedures : I tried hair , mani/ pedi , facials , anti cellulite massages, and a scrab: special thanks to Eco ( hair ) and Nino ( massage) . Rooms are very spacious and their design is great. We stayed there for 10 days and had 3 rooms . Need to work on : The major reason why I left them a 4 star review is the language barrier : David at front desk and guest relations manager are fluent in English. Natia is 100% fluent in Russian , Andrey is a bell boy and he is fluent in Russian . Many drivers speak Russian. The problem is many people at front desk don’t speak neither- Russian or English or not fluent . I am a bilingual Russian speech -language pathologist in New York for 10 years fluent in both languages. What happened a few times was that they answer a phone and say yes for example for requesting a car ride and when we go downstairs there is no car as they misunderstood us. The worst experience was when I booked a car for 800 laris for all day to the waterfalls s and asked to add a cave . I was told , “don’t worry everything is covered” . So my sister and I went there with 4 kids . After a 2 hour ride to waterfalls with a driver who spoke no English and no Russian , we learned that we don’t have a tour booked which was due to a language barrier and there is a tour guide coming up to us fluent in Russian and letting us know it’s 700 laris to see waterfalls and another 400 laris to go to the cave using 2 vehicles ( he expected us initially to fit in to 1 and have 2 kids on our laps) with no air conditioning. I tried to negotiate and it did not work . I also had to get cash which I did not have enough . Honestly it’s way too much money but I did it as I was embarrassed in front of my kids to drive them 4 hours for nothing . I believe a 5 star hotel would have no problem organizing tours like this for their guests .

Tutto è stato fantastico! Molto comodo, bellissime e pensiero. Molto piacevole illuminazione in hotel, e la vista e la vicinanza al mare è solo WOOOW!!! 😍😍😍 L'hotel è a pochi passi dalla costa, quindi sulla spiaggia ci sono poche persone, l'acqua è pulita, molto tranquilla e confortevole. La piscina è grande e con vista sul mare, deliziose pranzi nel ristorante, il personale è molto amichevole e sempre pronto ad aiutare gli ospiti. A parte il ringraziamento al manager Georgi per aver tenuto conto dei nostri desideri e rendendo il nostro soggiorno nel resort semplicemente inoltrabile. Con tutto il cuore consiglio questo bel hotel! Tutto è stato davvero fantastico! Le camere sono intelligenti, accoglienti e super comode. La vista sul mare è per morire, solo WOW 😍😍😍 L'hotel è vicino alla città (Kobuleti) ma ancora un po' lontano da altri hotel, che è un grande vantaggio. La spiaggia non è piena, quindi è un posto davvero tranquillo. C'è una grande piscina con grande vista sul mare, il ristorante dell'hotel è una bella miscela di cucina europea e georgiana. Il personale è molto benvenuto e utile. E'di particolare attenzione al manager Giorgi per rendere il nostro soggiorno inoltrabile. È assolutamente consigliabile! Non pensare due volte, ragazzi! Prenota!

Non mi sono fermato al resort e ho appena cenato. I piatti erano eccellenti. L'enorme area di patio albero sulla collina, che guardava il mare, ha fatto una bella opzione per cenare all'aperto. Sapevo che il mio cibo qui non sarebbe stato economico. Ma mi sorprendeva quanto fosse buono. Ho iniziato con la salada di pomodoro georgiana tradizionale (grande salsa), l'ho ordinata con noci, e quando non li ho visti, ho preso in considerazione che si dimenticavano di aggiungerli. La cameriera ha spiegato che erano ben incastrati nel vestito. La bocca era così grande, questo potrebbe facilmente aver servito 2-3 persone. Poi avevo il basso del Mar Nero. E' stato aperto e disossato. Molto delizioso, & pelle crispy. Un po' di salsa (vinicola & ?). Io sono poco più fermo di quello che ho usato per il basso del mare cileno. Ma un pesce leggero, figo.Il server era meraviglioso. Il menu era grande. E il pane, come tanti pani georgiano, era meraviglioso. Grande per bagnare il vestito di salada extra! Il sole splendente per un fondo.

Было указано что в отеле есть завтраки, обед или ужин. Я забронировала номер с завтраками, приехали в отель а нам говорят, что у них нет кухни, и завтраки будут только в следующем году. Я им показала ваучер, где с черным на белом написан ЗАВТРАК, владелец отеля говорит, что за такие деньги никакого завтрака не будет. Потом сказал, что мы может отказаться от номера и за отмену будет взиматься штраф. Странный хозяин. В следующий раз точно в этот отель не поедем и не рекомендую никого.
