Previous owner was an architect and owned the home for 60 years before he decided to downsize. Over 2200 square feet of living space. All FIVE bedrooms and a full bath are upstairs. There is a half bath on the main floor. The full bath upstairs has a stand-alone shower and a new whirlpool tub. Three bedrooms have queen size beds and TV's. Two smaller bedrooms each have a twin size bed. A queen size air mattress can be set up in on the first floor when needed with prior notice. There is a laundry room just off of the kitchen.
