We had the most wonderful stay! 3 nights/4 days in the Kids Aquarium room with lake view. The room was perfect for us, a family of 4 with kids ages 7 and 12. The bunk bed area/alcove was awesome. The kids could watch TV in there and have it be as messy as they wanted, we didn't care...it was their space. The rest of the room was very nice and a great size. There is a small table with 2 chairs, a couch with a coffee table, a nice queen bed (super comfortable!!!!!), and a deck area with 2 chairs. I LOVED sitting out on the deck watching the lake and sights below at the pool and lawn area. We slept very well as the resort was nice and quiet. Besides our wonderful room, the resort had so many benefits and great things about it! Of course, the water park was a huge hit and again, perfect for our ages of kids (and us!). We loved the outside pool as well! There is a nice area with lawn games and fire pits for s'more at night (provided by the resort). We were sad we never had time to stop and enjoy those but being at the water park took priority, especially because it was SO quiet in the evening! We did not do the mini golf or the arcade so I can not share info about those. We did eat breakfast in the restaurant and enjoyed some snacks from the snack/cafe area. The staff at the resort and especially at the water park were fabulous!!!! They were so nice and helpful and everyone always had a smile on their face! We will definitely stay here again at some point in the future!

We visited for a wedding at this resort and had a great experience. The ceremony was outside facing the lake the the reception was in the conference room. The wedding was beautiful. The next morning we went to the water park, which is indoors and a comfortable temperature considering it was cold outside. Aside from one spot inside the water park there where not many lunch options open so we went to the quick cafe near the lobby. The food was ok and they where out of some sandwiches. Check in and check out was very easy and the staff was all super nice and friendly. We did not get a chance to check out the beach but there is a walkway allowing access to the beach. I would recommend this resort for a quick weekend getaway or especially for an event as the whole resort is very aesthetically pleasing and that staff was all great. Also, for kids they did have fun rooms with alcoves for bunk beds for them which I thought was fun.

Water park wasn’t any where near 85 they had a big open spot on the wall cover with wood and it was cold. Big slides were under construction I been going there for four years for my daughters birthday if I would of known slides they were close I would of just gone to tundra lodge, 10 min away from home

My family and I went up to Blue Harbor for the weekend. Our stay started out great! The room was nice, the front desk staff was friendly, the staff inside the coffee shop were great. Then we go to the Waterpark… the 2 large slides weren’t on, they were doing some construction. When I asked to speak with the manager out came this women. I work in hospitality and I was floored that this lady who had rotted teeth was the manager or so she said. I explained that we were disappointed in the slides not working and she just started at me and said “they won’t be working for months due to the construction. There is nothing we can do.” I understand but maybe there is nothing you can do about the slides but could you grab a hairbrush or a toothbrush?? Absolutely disgusting. I am glad she wasn’t handing out food.

This is probably a reflection of the lack of intelligence of people who work here (somewhat unsurprising i suppose) and lack of management but the line at check in was awful and took forever. They then were so overwhelmed that when one of the keys didn't work, they couldn't handle delivering a new one Unfortunately the people who work at the desk are some of the stupidest people imaginable, and it doesn't bode well for the rest of our stay

The water park was great. Staffing there was prompt. View of the lake was awesome. I would recommend it. I would stay there again.

My family and I enjoyed the waterpark, and the rooms. Unfortunately the food options were not as enjoyable. The breakfast buffet had very minimal options, most especially for the price - I didn't appreciate paying $10 a child for cereal. Also, for $20 a person for adult, there were very limited choices, and quality was subpar. We went for breakfast with Santa, and he did not stay for pictures as we were not made aware of end time by hostess by the time we had finished breakfast.

like I said - not even there yet and I am realizing how this is all about the $$$ for the facility. My husband - thankfully ususally makes reservations, but if you don't think to look over every aspect you WILL be paying royally. Thought I was getting a great rate on a Th. - Fri nite, but alas the waterpark is conveniently not open during the school year. Then they require a 2 night minimum on weekends. We are a retired couple looking towards giving grandchildren and their parents a fun experience. Also if you don't absolutely go down and then over on some of the site titles you will end up dropping off website. Will check out another facility in future.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Service was great and so was the convenience. Was pretty quiet and safe around the property. The indoor water park was decent and the building looks very pretty at night. Visuals are amazing and everything is so clean.
