Otelin konumu, denizi gerçekten çok güzel. Aynı hafta içerisinde başka bir otelde daha kalınca bölgenin otellerini ve hizmetini kıyaslamak için çok iyi oldu. Yemeklerin çeşitliliği az olduğu gibi lezzeti de vasattı. Temizlik konusuna gelirsek yan odamızın önündeki yemek tabakları 2 gün boyunca alınmadı. O sıcakta kurudu artıklar. Dolayısıyla 2 gün boyunca kaldığımız tarafa temizlik elemanları uğramadı bile. Odamız havuzun hemen yanındaki merkezi alanda yer alıyordu. Bir daha tercih edeceğim bir otel değil.

An elegant establishment offering a myriad of amenities, White Hills Hotel hosted me during a large-scale event, accommodating numerous guests. Consequently, I acknowledge potential subjectivity in my assessment, given the bustling nature of the occasion. Regrettably, the hotel appeared rather commonplace in the context of Sharm, failing to meet my preconceived expectations. Service standards, in particular, fell short in comparison to establishments of a lower tier. A discernible lack of order and organization was evident, notably during the check-in and check-out procedures, which seemed marred by temporary capacity challenges. Despite these shortcomings, a commendable aspect was the amiable and responsive nature of many staff members encountered. Their professionalism in addressing my concerns with empathy was noteworthy. Contemplating a return stay at White Hills Hotel warrants careful consideration. The observed lapses in service and organization may be contextualized within the framework of the hotel's current capacity constraints, urging a reconsideration when conditions are more favorable

Cospa è eccezionale. È possibile se vuoi goderti il resort sentendoti facilmente. Spero che il servizio in camera venga ulteriormente migliorato in quanto ci sono posti limitati dove mangiare nelle vicinanze. Poiché ci sono molti servizi per la Russia, le persone che parlano russo sono un vantaggio. Penso che sarebbe noioso se fosse tutto compreso. Sono stanco di fare colazione solo per due giorni.

Siamo una famiglia composta da 2 adulti e una bambina di 8 anni il ”Sea Club Savoy” è molto grande, ma ben disposto e organizzato per ogni tipo di esigenza, io che amo la spiaggia ho trovato l'ambiente beach super, con la massima cortesia e professionalità da parte dello staff: YASSER del beach bar super professionale pronto e disponibile al bisogno. Dal Savoy beach OMAR come life guard professionale e sorridente spesso con i bambini sulla piscina di acqua di mare adiacente alla spiaggia, sempre dal Beach Savoy BACKLY per qualsiasi problema pronto a risolverlo oltra a fare la guida snorkeling per mostrare le meraviglie del posto. Una vasta scelta sul cibo, con buona qualità. L'ambiente delle piscine suddiviso in 3 aree: per bambini piccoli dalla riva a 80cm circa, 140cm e 180cm, sempre pulito e ben disposto. Le camere molto grandi e con un buon servizio pulizia. Di sicuro quando si ritornerà a Sharm El Sheik verremo di nuovo al Savoy Sea Club.

The Royal Savoy is a lovely adult hotel in the midst of a huge resort complex. The rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed. The staff is very helpful and courteous. It’s an easy ten minute shuttle from SSH. Our primary onsite was to visit the spectacular Saint Catherine’s monastery. We visited in January 2024 and were concerned about the fighting in Gaza and the Houthi attacks in Yemen. We experienced very active security measures including caravanning with other tourist buses, police escorts and multiple army checkpoints. On the end we felt safe and it was very much business as usual on the ground. We were here for a quick trip but one could easily spend a week here

Se ci sono tornato per la quarta volta un motivo ci sarà, camere un po’ datate ma struttura con tutti i confort degni di una vacanza piena di relax ed attenzioni. Pulizia ineccepibile anche nei vialetti circondati di piante quasi da non credere come non siano presenti foglie o fiori nei marciapiedi, personale attento educato e dedicato a risolvere ogni tuo piccolo desiderio con l’estensione di nuove camere e ville è diventata una vera città colma di ristoranti sofisticati e che consentono un’ampia scelta per tutti i gusti. Khalid alla zona piscina un vero mattatore attento ad ogni tua piccola esigenza sa intervenire senza essere invadente un vero portento bravissimo!!! Simone Cerea manager di navigata esperienza nel food and beverage preciso, puntuale professionale e sempre pronto ad esaudire ogni tuo anche pur piccolo desiderio ed infine Armando Sammarraco anche lui estremamente disponibile open man bullona, preciso puntuale nel farti sentire coccolato e viziato in ogni momento . La spa consigliata. Colazione super, un solo appunto i bambini (con genitori poco presenti) dovrebbero essere quantomeno contenuti e pur comprendendo la vivacità l’avere una buona educazione e non gridare o lanciare le palline che molto spesso finiscono addosso agli avventori dovrebbe essere il minimo sindacale … potrebbe intervenire il personale di piscina. Per ultimo ma non per importanza un doveroso ringraziamento allo chef Sebastiano Spriveri per la capacità di offrire delle esperienze sensoriali con il cibo in ogni ristorante da lui supervisionato. Consigliatissimo.

Abbiamo soggiornato Al Gran Oasis per 6 giorni tra fine Gennaio e inizio Febbraio. Struttura molto confortevole a 2 passi da Soho square e vicinissima all’ aereoporto organizzata benissimo sia per i pasti che per l intrattenimento durante la giornata. Nella formula all inclusive era possibile sia mangiare che bere praticamente a tutte le ore , ristorante con orari giusti , varie possibilità anche di fare spuntino durante la giornata o in spiaggia o in piscina. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo un bellissimo ricordo sia di Filopater alla reception che ci ha sia accolti che salutati alla fine del nostro viaggio che di Amed, il ragazzo addetto alla pulizia della nostra stanza. Praticamente tutti i ragazzi parlavano sia inglese che un po’ italiano , quindi siamo riusciti a comunicare senza problemi. Mare e Barriera corallina veramente stupendi. Unica pecca la nostra stanza era un po datata ma molto spaziosa.

Ho soggiornato in questa splendida struttura, un po’ datata ma tenuta veramente bene in ogni dettaglio. Punto mare molto bello, un pontile dove effettuare snorkeling in mare aperto, unico neo i lettini sono limitati e quando c’è molto affollamento si rischia di non trovare posto . Ristorante italiano con lo chef che cucina sempre dei fantastici primi piatti mentre per quanto riguarda i secondo ahimé c’è ancora da lavorare. Animazione valida , ragazzi super preparati con una guida che rendeva il tutto speciale Stefania capo animazione che dirigeva le attività e faceva in modo che ognuno aveva un compito ben preciso cercando di coinvolgere tutti ma nello stesso tempo senza essere pressante e invadente. Matteo che dire , il manager atelier ovunque e comunque in ogni punto del villaggio a risolvere problemi. Vedevamo lui , e ci sentivamo al sicuro ! Si nota che esce da tour operator di livello , professionalità e eleganza sono armi che fanno la differenza. Ci chiedevamo come potesse essere d appertutto essendo 1 . Complimenti a tutti e sicuramente ci rivedremo presto.

Bellissimo resort personale eccellente massima efficienza sono rimasta molto colpita dal personale della piscina in particolare dal salvatore MOHAMAD ISMAIL ELSAWY per la sua efficienza sempre attento e presente alle esigenze del cliente gentile educato allegro solare che ha reso il mio soggiorno molto più piacevole veramente molto bravo
