Overall good

Un hotel pessimo in termini di servizio, trattamento e cibo. La cosa peggiore dell'hotel. Lo stavamo truffando per una somma di denaro che è stata detratta dal visto e l'ho pagata in contanti tuttavia, nonostante i resoconti lo riconoscano, quando sono arrivato, ho visto molti ospiti litigare per l'orario dell'autobus e, dopo aver ricevuto la stanza, ho trovato il servizio pessimo, quindi ho lasciato l'hotel oggi, io giuro su Dio, è successo questo

The room was very clean and wide the balcony had a nice view it was looking at the mountains and second thing the food at breakfast was a bit dry but it was good then we come to the lunch and dinner it was very tasty third thing the place was very clean and wide it was very interesting seeing the statues everywhere fourth thing the pool it was very clean and the aqua was very fun fifth thing the people they were very kind treating and they were so cute they were very respectful I actually recommend coming to this hotel especially if you have kids or if you a person who loves to take photos

In total i would advise any one to not visit the hotel ,after check in i find below points - room wasn’t clean , bathroom was disaster , there was water in floor like public bathroom in street , one of beds was broken and other mattresses was very hard to sleep , dust was in bedside table , curtain dirty , fridge was very dirty and has bad smell , safe box was locked , toilet seat tap was broken , water dropping from bathroom ceiling , no water & amenities , after we complained supervisor came and apologized for that and promised to clean it which he did but still maintenance issue are exist and not been fixed when you took shower whole bathroom flooded with water keep calling but phone wasn’t working and no phone book to direct us about hotel outlet or reception, you have surviving sue to reception not answering all times , i had to wait 45 min to open safe box and i had to wait for hour for bottle of water until i went by my self to bring water from them , they told we lack of staff so what i have to do , if it is like that you don’t receive guest till you tix you issue . - food in restaurant are disaster, variety are limited and not well organized and not tasty , when we spoke to restaurant manager to arrange the place he said that if you don’t like the hotel you can check out ,very surprising reply from person considering as manager of the outlet , then following day we found insect in one of food dishes in breakfast (vermicelli with milk ) we couldn’t continue the stay there and decide to shorten the stay and look for another hotel as , we can’t deal anymore with that irresponsible management . Only thing i like animation shows in theater

This is not a 1 star hotel,never been in such a place.like this no management, no employees,old place,very bad amenities, dirty towls and bed full of insects! They refused to give me an invoice till I said I will call the police! The breakfast items mostly expired Even during my arrival no Taxi knows the hotel then finally the reception replied and said our name is Hollywood! I am complaining to *********** to understand how they can drag any hotel into thier website without checking the reality

الفندق جميل جدا والمناظر فيه جميله الاكل كويس واحسن ما في الانيميشن جمال ولذاذ واسلوبهم جميل وراقي خاصة عنان الاكتيفتي جميله الغرف ممتازه جدا البرامج الليله جميله الدي جي علي البول كويس جدا واحنا اتبسطنا جدا وإن شاء الله هنكرر الزيارة تاني واحنا بنيجي الفندق من زمان وعجبتنا جدا فقره الديناصور المتحرك والنافورة

الفندق جميل جدا ومش اول مرة ننزل في بصراحه معامله كويسه من نحيت كلو حفلات بسين وشواطئ ومطعم واكلهم حلو جدا انا بشكرهم من كل قلبي علي و كل مجهود عملو معانا وان شاء الله مرات عديدة معاكم وسهرات حاجه تحفه حقيقي مش بتخلي الواحد يطلع بره الفندق نهائي ولكم مني جزيل الشكر والاحترام والتقدير

فندق جامد فشخ ، الانمشين ناس محترمه و كويسين جدآ الديناصور جامد و مرعب و الغرف رايقه و مريحه و الاستف رايق و شغلهم رايشق و شغل عالي من الاخر الفاخر ، انصح بيه العائلات و الصحاب و الفعاليات رايقه جدا ، و الدي جي رايق جدا ، الديزاين جماد تحس انك داخل في فيلم

فندق فوق الشوق مفيش كدا والله حبايب قلبي الاوض جميلة والكراسي مريحة والنوم مريح والاكل نضيف بالذات الفراخ ووالرز والكابوريا عشان بحبها بجد.. مفيش جمال وحلاوة ودلال كدا والاجواء الليلية فظيعة بجد مش قادر اوصف والله الله اكبر على الي شوفته يعني
