My recent stay at this hotel was marred by a shocking incident involving the receptionist, Hanae, who referred to my sister using a derogatory term. When I contacted the management to address this issue, I was met with a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. It became apparent that the management was ineffective and unable to take decisive action. It seemed as though no one had the authority to address the situation, and the receptionist HANAE, showed no willingness to apologize for her inappropriate behavior. Furthermore, I was dismayed by the poor communication skills of the staff, particularly Hanae, who struggled to speak clear English. It was evident that she lacked the necessary qualifications and professionalism expected in a hospitality. Her rude and immature behavior, coupled with a lack of understanding of basic customer service principles, only added to the negative experience. When I attempted to resolve the issue with Hanae, she responded by shouting at me to leave the hotel, displaying a complete disregard for customer service standards. This unprofessional and disrespectful behavior is simply unacceptable in any service industry. I sincerely hope that the management will take immediate action to address these issues and consider hiring individuals with a background in hospitality who embody professionalism and respect for guests. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against staying at this hotel, as the level of customer service provided is subpar and fails to meet even the most basic expectations.
