I have been this hotel last time , to be honest enjoyed well with friends. Great location and most importantly the people working over there - especially Ei she is amazing hospitality reception I have seen - stayed many place but she is outstanding and have the all answers whatever you asked some thing over there . Receptionist *HANAE* I recently had an unfortunate experience at your hotel that I feel compelled to bring to your attention. During a phone call to the receptionist (Hanae) to extend my booking, I was shocked and deeply hurt to overhear the receptionist referring to me as a derogatory term to a colleague. The receptionist, later identified as Hanae, failed to put the call on hold, and her disrespectful comment was clearly audible to me. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also completely unacceptable in a hospitality setting. Following this incident, I immediately reached out to the management to address the issue. However, I was disappointed by the lack of action taken by the management in response to my complaint. I was informed that there was no record of the call in question, and to my dismay, Hanae refused to apologize for her inappropriate behavior. This lack of accountability and failure to address the issue only added to my disappointment and frustration. Furthermore, I must express my concerns regarding the overall professionalism of the staff at your hotel. I observed that many employees appeared to lack formal education and proficiency in English, which impacted their ability to provide a high standard of service. The general demeanor and attire of the staff also fell short of what I would expect from a reputable establishment. In light of these experiences, I urge the management to take immediate action to address these issues. It is essential to ensure that all staff members are trained in proper customer service etiquette and that a culture of respect and professionalism is upheld throughout the hotel. I believe that hiring individuals with a more professional background and investing in ongoing training and development for the staff would greatly enhance the quality of service provided to guests. I hope that my feedback will be taken seriously and that steps will be taken to rectify these shortcomings. As a guest who values exceptional service and hospitality, I trust that the management will address these concerns promptly and work towards creating a more positive and welcoming environment for all guests.

It was evident that she lacked the necessary qualifications and professionalism expected in a hospitality. Her rude and immature behavior, coupled with a lack of understanding of basic customer service principles, only added to the negative experience. When I attempted to resolve the issue with Hanae, she responded by shouting at me to leave the hotel, displaying a complete disregard for customer service standards. This unprofessional and disrespectful behavior is simply unacceptable in any service industry. I sincerely hope that the management will take immediate action to address these issues and consider hiring individuals with a background in hospitality who embody professionalism and respect for guests. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against staying at this hotel, as the level of customer service provided is subpar and fails to meet even the most basic expectations.
