Upgraded the room to executive room with on the spot topup as required to be in the same building. can tell that the hotel is trying best to stay profit. Check that the rate is fair, and it is same as original quote, it doesn't jack up the price on last minute. we like the laundry room which we use quite a lot, it has 3 washing and 3 dryer, all well programmed for dumb proof, bring your own detergent. Didnt managed to use other facilities. location wise need to walk a bit to mall and eatery.

We are fortunate to have the help of front desk lady "Xiao Ping" assist us and make our holiday in ShanWei super enjoyable Food in Shanwei is great, especially the seafoods fresh and very reasonably price Hotel staffs are very helpful to gives good recommendation We have a great time in Shanwei

The location of the hotel was excellent for our purposes as it was close to the places we wanted to go to/see. We appreciated that our room didn't reek of cigarette smoke. The mattress and pillows guaranteed a good night's sleep. Our check-in experience was quick and smooth and the ladies at reception desk were so friendly and helpful.

Very impressive and good service, classic 5 star hotel, provide high quality hygiene, swimming pool is big enough but TV seems like cannot connect iPhone AirPlay. Gym room is big enough but not too many choice of equipments(all hotel have same problem). All things is quite new and very clean. No cheating you. For family trip is very good and price is very low but not really fit for couple. Staff Ms Lam is very nice and beauty.

汕尾這家酒店挺不錯的，就在市中心，出行方便。房間乾淨舒適，設施設備齊全，大堂有鋼琴，到了晚上的時間段還會有鋼琴師演奏，坐在大堂聽着悠揚的琴聲，超級舒適愜意。表揚前台的小清，服務挺好的，服務周到，很熱情。四樓有室內恆温的游泳池，健身房跟自助洗衣房。對於出差旅遊的人真的是太方便了👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻，下次來汕尾還會選擇這家酒店。

房間wifi 會斷線，酒店職員態度有禮，衛生情況滿意，行去二馬路大約十幾分鐘，酒樓大堂有24小時自助超市，泳池健身房9:00-22:00。

住宿體驗還不錯，於是我們又選擇續住了一天，無論是門前工作人員還是前台人員，服務都很好，早餐在2樓，服務很到位，比較喜歡，如果你到汕尾旅遊或者出差，很值得推薦，酒店周邊有很多酒樓，二馬路美食街，步行15分鐘就能到。

職員很好有提早check-in，雖然酒店不算太新，但性價比高，價格合理。套房很大，設計也恰當。雖然去二馬路美食街有大約十五分鐘的距離，但走路過去其實也很近。酒店附近都是住宅區，所以比較寧靜，但餐廳較少。今次整體的體驗不錯，下次會再考慮入住。

附近唯一的五星級 有泳池和健身房 晚上有人彈鋼琴 很有格調 前台小鐘接待服務非常好 晚上叫了幾次客房服務都非常迅速 還幫忙拿了椅子 還有很貼心的行李寄存服務 非常推薦

大床房mini套間真的不錯 雙床房如視頻電視可以兩邊轉着看 房間又大 有超大辦公桌 大堂有鋼琴曲聽 超級高級 早餐不錯 很適合粵人口味 尤其腸粉 絲滑啊 健身區域很大 游泳池水質超好 還可以做幹蒸汗蒸 還有桌球室 不過這個我還沒去看
